    I’m very disappointed with this purchase I thought it was going to be better but the tv doesn’t have too much memory to download application I only download 7 application and it making me delete my applications in order to see it so sad with this purchase

    Everything was working fine then all of a sudden the tv did not want to turn on with my ps5 (as it usually does) then one day I turned on my tv and the screen was green. The tv has never fallen or has ever been damaged in any way, therefore I am not sure why I have been experiencing these issues.

    Owned for 3 months and is already acting up. It is not responding correctly to the remote control. It is very slow and switches through the menu on its own. Very slow responding.

    I was so excited that Best Buy had such an Amazing Deal on this size TV. It was delivered the very next day. I was excited because we had to leave out of town for family Thanksgiving so we didn't even get to open or set up the TV. We got home 2 days after not feeling well. Turns out the family and ourselves tested positive with CO-19. The doc wanted my husband and I hopitlized because it was really bad. Now it's been about 3 days can finally breathe and get up. Point is when we opened the box the TV is Completely damaged. I have no kids or animals and we had it safe behind the TV table. We haven't even taken off all the plastics, there's no point. I can't believe how damaged it is. The box seemed fine when it arrived. I was almost in tears and shocked at the condition it's in. Will Please get back to me. Thank you Sincerely Tammy Gutierrez

    The tv worked well for about 2 weeks..now the screen blinks and the picture is blurry..i have tried to reach out to Hisense with no luck..i would have spent a little more money and went with a better known brand..i plan on replacing the TV!!!!

    Bought the tv and there are no screws for the legs. Have to call the manufacturer to order them. Smfh I hate being inconvenienced. Also you won't be able to plug the tv in and watch regular television. Not even local channels like the news. Wifi is mandatory or it won't work

    Image is good but the android tv firmware is not compatible with several android apps like sling, cbs, Disney and many others not pre-installed. Hisense has no update to correct the software issue. We returned the tv
