    I own 3 6510g in 75” and 70” and 65” I just finally got the 70” out of the box and hooked up and sadly the audio is so low I have to get hearing aids on. My other TVs the sounds kicks butt nice and loud! So I guess I got to go thru the hassle of returning it sadly I have never had any hisense tv before I these 3 and I have friends who love my audio better than theirs. The only thing else that is bad on all 3 tv is black colors it is so white washed it’s hard to get them to darken up properly. It’s ridiculous any 4K tv looks like this!

    Had this for only a year now and it has stopped working on me 3 times and screen keeps going out and not coming back on

    Purchase this TV online and picked up in local store on 11/17/2020. TV screen is showing lines only. I paid someone to help me (70" TV is huge and heavy) bring it to local store but the store refused to take it. The store said because it was ordered online not purchased from store. Called the Corp office and was told will have someone to pick it up from my house but the TV is still siting in the floor in my living room now.

    TV worked great up until the warranty literally ran out and then the H DMI receiver broke I cannot connect anything to it

    I purchased this TV in 2020. Here we are 2 years later and it just cycles through the logo flash screen over and over. Based on google searches, all I need is the firmware for it. They do not offer the firmware for download. If you call Hisense they tell you to call Best Buy. Good luck to you if you buy one of these TVs

    Brought it 11/20/20 In 8/11/21 I had to get my switch board changed out. Then on 12/15/21. My TV went out. Won't turn back on. Not a good tv.

    TV itself works really well. No complaints on function. But unfortunately it didn’t come with legs. Luckily I was wall mounting anyway but kinda stinks to pay so much and lose that capability. Especially since I’m moving soon.

    Garbage!!! Went out right after the 1 year mark. "Non Sense" won't repair!!!! Before that it was shutting off on its own and they told me I have to do my own update on the TV by purchasing a disk to download update and upload to TV. WHAT???? I've never heard of such nonsense. I still have Lgs and Samsungs I've had for over 8 years. Definitely a 1st and last. I'll stick with my Samsung and LGs for now on!!!

    I purchased on Black Friday . I got this item for curbside pick up . I notice box looked open already as the bottom slid out . I was able to close the bottom of the and put in my vehicle . The Tv was stored properly up until today as I moved into my brand new apartment . I proceeded to mount the tv on wall and I plugged it up and it was cracked and completely damaged .

    I haved owned this for a little over a year. Wont even turn on completely now. Powers on and show Hisense then goes dark. I am soooo angry that i threw $500+ out the window. Even before this happend, the update would start and once done it would say error loading the update. I had to power tv on then hurry to setting and keep our wifi turned off and use a Firestick then to watch tv on this.

    My tv stopped working today. No indication the something was wrong. The red light that is always on was, changed the batteries in the remote nothing. There are no manual buttons so I plugged out the power cord and plugged it back in. Now the tight is gone, no sigh of life. Worked great the last 11 months will reach out to Best Buy tomorrow to see if I can get it replaces. Fingers crossed.

    Brought online as "brand New" but was clearly a open box when I picked it up! missing Owners manual, Base Stand, Plastic wrap to cover the screen, and most important... the remote!! its almost like they took it off the wall and stuffed it in the box!

    I bought this tv on black friday and used it about a month and it is already giving us problems, the middle of the screen looks like it is trying to go out at times and most of the time we can't watch anything on it, everytime we turn it on a show, it goes straight back to the home screen. Sometimes when we turn it on, the screen stays black. I'll be calling to see if I can get a replacement.

    Bought at Christmas 6 months in not working. It keeps trying to update but freezes and never finishes updating. Even after a factory reset, it still will try to run an update and freezes this way too. Going to try to see if it’s covered under a manufacturer warranty but who really wants to deal w/ this headache. Wish I would of just went w/ a different brand.
