BUYER BEWARE

We purchased two of them within 4 months of each other and neither one of them lasted a year before we started having software issues and it would shut itself off or restart a show and go back to the Home Screen. DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND! The price point is this low for a reason.

Screen defective, no motion rate in software

Second tv doesn't have motion rate on it. At a loss of words how bad this can keep getting. Menu doesn't have any settings to adjust motion rate or judder. Seems to be a software issue. Either way, hisense is a let down. Avoid at all cost. Spend a bit more to take less chances of a bad tv.

Reliability concerns

TV stuck in reboot loop. Manufacture support is automated and unhelpful. If you purchase, get the Geek Squad protection!

Disappointment

I don't know why the application not allow me post the pictures.

Really bad quality; broke in 2.5 months light use!

We got this in Nov 2020 as part of Black Friday. It stopped working last week in February. This means it was a 2.5 months of actual light use before the TV no longer displayed anything. Sound works but a black screen Common problem reported; I just didn't expect it to break so quickly.

Don’t buy Hisense tvs

Naughty Hisense TV

TV went bad in less than one year.

TV started power cycling less than one year old. Bought the product in March 20 21 issue started February 20 22. But because I took too long to call the manufacturer Heisson is not warranty the product. Terrible customer service.

Big but thats it.

Do yourself a favor and buy a better quality TV. Its big for nothing and has constant connectivity issues even when its right by the router.
