Terrible product. Returned within the first week due to a dead pixel. I received a replacement and 6 months later a dark shadow started appearing in the lower right corner of the screen. I gave it 2 stars because at least Best Buy stood behind the product and gave me a full refund towards the purchase of another TV.

TV Was easy to unpackage and setup. Purchased and picked up on Feb. 17, 2020. It is now March 24, 2020 and I am having to file a claim with Geek Squad and Manufacturer to fix the malfunctioning television. Power button does not work on remote. Every other button powers on the television and also powers off the television. This is the 3rd Hisense television i've owned and am very surprised to run into this issue. I thought there was finally a television brand that made a quality television for a good price. Not so sure anymore.

Tv ended up having an issues where it would turn off out of nowhere then the screen was yellow Watching certain movies and have a display in the corner stating “Dolby Vision” when I called the first rep asked me to reset the tv and could be a demo or a faulty tv. Second rep jasmine I called after resetting and still having issues hung up on me and was very Rude! Now I’m trying to get a replacement and the tv is out of stock! They’re not even trying to work with me on getting me another tv. Very upset customer

If you decide you can’t pass up the price for the love of god get the Best Buy protection plan. This TV does literally one day after the Best Buy return end. I’m fighting with Hisense to even get a repairman out.

So I just got this unit because my older Samsung was going out. Electronics are like almost everything else, there are lemons in every field, every manufacturer...you never really know. This is a lesser known name, but even if it only somehow lasts a year, it's actually still an incredible buy. The built in Roku alone makes this 70" very worth while, specifically if you've cut the cord. Naturally, electronics evolve faster than most goods, so this TV has a crisper image than my much more expensive, albeit, older Samsung. Easy to set up, no complaints. I can't speak to longevity, but value, it's second to none.

This is the best 70" 4k you can get anywhere close to this price. Period. I'm an image-quality nerd and gamer that knew I was taking a gamble on a new brand, but the price was too good not to try. Well, I'm blown away.
The image quality is great, with some of the purest whites I've seen, excellent dynamic range, very fast response time for gaming, bright as you'd ever want , etc .
The interface and processor are smooth as silk together, I'm so happy they didn't go with an android-based UI! Never had a Roku before, but I'm sold on them too cause this loads flash media *flawlessly* , never had a smarter/better time loading from USB to TV.
Sound is shockingly good, it says 30 watts total output and I don't doubt it. Clarity, range, bass, it's all there. 99% of people will not need a home theatre audio setup .
There is NOTHING not to like here. Nothing. I've never gotten this much (literally) for my money before, sorry for sounding like a Hisense shill lol, this TV is just that good.

I use for gaming Xbox onex and Ps4 Pro produces Hdr10 and Dolby Vision just fine. Great for streaming 4k on Disney plus and Netflix as well.
