    Tv broke so fast! Worse brand ever had it less than a month and screen went completely black thank god Best Buy honored it and let me get a full refund

    Couldn't be happier. The screen size is great and the picture is extremely clear. I like the picture and sound options from the TV itself, I don't need a surround sound system.

    You get what you pay for. It’s great for the price but out the box you’ll need to do some tinkering as the bleeding edges will be apparent. Turn the brightness down!

    No sound on HDMI

    Just bought this yesterday and no sound from PS5 or Apple TV plugged into HDMI ports. This is ridiculous. I’ve tried multiple HDMI cables and still the same issue. I shouldn’t have to troubleshoot so much for such a basic function like sound. This is frustrating and it’s not like I can go and easily replace it because its a freaking 75 inch tv. Never buying this brand ever again.

    The tv is overpriced for the quality you’re getting. Pictures and sound quality aren’t worth the price. Should’ve been a $300 tv

    Hisense has to be one of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of working with. We are a school district that has ordered a few of their TVs. While the Tvs themselves work well enough, we got one that wasn't working very well. Long story short, their customer support will do EVERYTHING in its power to not help you. Whether that being hanging up on you mid call multiple times (please keep in mind I kept the phone calls 100% professional and pleasant) or making you jump through a seemingly infinite number of hoops to simply request service to the TV. Trust me this brand is NOT worth the head ache. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more.

    Broke in 13 months

    Bought this tv Nov 2023. A year and one month later, December 2024, we had it on Christmas Eve, turned it off and once we turned it back on 3 days later, it has streaks and and blank spot on the top right corner of the tv. Super frustrated because the warranty expired one month ago! I emailed the maker of the TV to see if they can do anything about it. I’ve always had Samsungs and this has never happened.
