    I have had hassles with this tv! It doesn’t connect to internet and hdmi devices are not being read by the tv.

    I guess that it could have been a good tv as I have the 65 inch tv however the tv was to be delivered and was to be like 3 days after my purchase date but it never got delivered. Called about it and kept getting transferred to other departments. After a week and a half of getting nowhere I went back to the store in which I got it and canceled the order. I am a handicap man where movement is very difficult so as of now I still don't have a tv

    Tv screen start going bad after a few months and I wanted to send it back and couldn’t because the warranty I bought I was told it cannot be used until a year. Hisense company refused me a refund sent 3 different repair men to try fixing it didn’t work then they sent a new TV still has the same problem.I still need to return this TV it’s no goodI am surly to return to Best Buy soon as this warranty kicks I’m.This Hisense company horrible.Not me ever again

    We barely watch TV other than sports live matches. It works really well for this purpose. Will expect the TV to last more than ten year as the TV will be off except during sports.

    Had problems when I first got it with finding the cable channel.. then it got where it takes a full minute to change.. now it says it has 143 channels available but won’t pull them up.. so now it works internet only.. next step is to see what they do about warranty

    I am not satisfied on this purchase. I purchased 2 of these tvs for the church and one is not working. the other works well. I am going to return it if i can and see if i can get another. I usually get great service from this company. I am almost led to believe that the gentleman that sold the non working tv to me already knew that something was wrong with it.

    Will never purchase expensive product from BB

    Til today I have never been able to use this TV once received from the Best Buy delivery. It was received broken, I kept getting the run around between Best Buy and Hisense , their only goal was to frustrate me enough to give up on trying to get TV fixed or replaced. They won.. I will never buy another device from Best Buy again..no point trying g to reach corporate either ..

    nice tv for the price but definitely has its flaws one being it’s lights being brighter than it should I had to dim the backlighting because the lights are bright around the edge also kinda glitchy I noticed apps play sometime even after you shut the tv off which is pretty annoying especially if you don’t know what app you hit with the remote if you’re looking for a gaming tv this isn’t it also I recommend this being in a dark room with less lights I have dark curtains but if I turn any light on it reflects off the tv

    Do not buy this brand of TV I bought this one a year ago and it no longer works and I did not buy a warranty so my mistake. I also have a smaller one and it has to be reset every 2 months color gets messed up apps won't work right this brand is crap.

    We purchased the TV Hisense on October 16, 2023 and we noticed the color is fading in and out on the TV; we called January 6, 2024 TotalTech(GeekSquad) and they were no help whatsoever. The tech was rude. We called the manufacturer and got automated help and we had to turn tv off & on and some other steps. Color is still fading.

    Logged it into my google account and while installing apps it shut off - never to turn on again. We are talking 5 minutes after being plugged in and it is a paperweight. As it was outside the (ridiculous) 15 day return period offered by Best Buy, and I out of luck
