Buy this set and can't go wrong

I know it's a entry level tv but for the price and the picture quality, you can't go wrong with it even on a budget. I would recommend this set for anyone who wants to buy a good tv for the right price.

INFERIOR PRODUCE

This week less tha 3 YEARS the screen on it went black. I called HISENSE and followed all of the instructions offered by your sutomer service online and nothing helped. I then scheduled an appointment with Geek Squad to come out. The technician charged me $136 dollars and told me it could not be repaired as the back lighting was out. THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE TO BELIEVE. WHAT AN INFERIOR PRODUCT. NOW I NEED TO PURCHASE ANOTHER TV. DO YOUR TV S ONLY LAST FOR 4 YEARS??I AM SHOCKED AS I HAVE A SONY AND SAMSUNG TV FOR 10 YEARS AND THEY ALL WORK PERFECTLY.

Disposable Tv
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This tv lasted less than 2 years in a room that we almost never use. It worked pretty well while it lasted but one day we turned it on and got nothing! I did all the trouble shooting they suggested and even bought a new cord thinking it was worth a try. Finally got a tv guy to come out because Hisense offered zero help. The main board and DEAD, just plain ole dead and is $350. to replace. It's a disposable. Don't buy a Hisense they don't believe in their product as evidence by the lack of support/care.

No No NO... Do not buy a Hisense. It will cost u

Unfortunately, I had already purchased 2 of them, and 2 years after the purchase, both of them just won't turn on. You should move away from Hisense. They really should not be allowed to sell these. There is no hard reset button, so once there is a software problem, and there will be, you will be out of luck.

HORRIBLD and horrible customer service

If you look on Reddit, you will see multiple complaints with people complaining about the screen, going black and turn it off on its own. I receive this TV from Best Buy as a gift from my mother-in-law. Luckily, the TV started turning black and not playing any apps within my warranty. They sent out a repair man and replace the motherboard. Immediately after the TV was even worse than it previously was. This is not an isolated incident, look on Reddit, google “hicense tv turning black.” Do not recommend!

I was convinced by a sales rep that this was the next great thing and this tv has been nothing but a headache. Shuts off randomly freezes up or gets glitchy. I'm constantly having to reset this tv. I should have stuck with Samsung and not this trash brand.

Backlight is out after 2 years

Now i can get a real tv. Customer service did not seem surprised or concerned or willing to help. They did confirm that it is broken and someone will have to fix it.
