Tv has been really great! I normally get pretty skeptical when purchasing a new product so I did research and the Hisense brand is extremely underrated. If you’re looking for a new TV rest assured Hisense got you. I got it right before the World Cup and all the matches have looked beautiful while watching!

First the important stuff - The TV picture is excellent and huge! Sports, Dolby Atmos streaming Movies, Blu-ray movies, and Games all look smooth, vivid, and fantastic. You can set the display settings for each HDMI input which is great as I changed picture settings for all my devices to optimize the picture for each. (Media box - Apple TV, Blu-ray, PC / Games). There's a ton of settings that let you really tailor the TV for your preferences. For example power on - auto return to preferred TV input. Naming your HDMI inputs, etc. For viewing reference – the front of our couch is 12’ from the TV with head viewing about 13’ away from the screen and it looks great – crisp and clean. No distortion at all. There's 4 HDMI inputs. I'm using all of them for the above devices plus the eARC to my Sonos home theater on HDMI 1. They all work great and setup was easy for each. The TV frame/bezel is nice and small and gives you a great full picture and I love the matte screen finish. I have a window above our front door down the hall that the sun beams in from for an hour or 2 in the afternoon and it reflected off my old TV - But not this one! The matte finish works great to reduce that glare for me. Note that this TV is LARGE and requires a 500 x 400 VESA mount - my older 65" TV was heavier, but used a smaller VESA mount so I had to replace my wall mount, but worth it for the bigger size TV. Minor, but note that this model doesn't have an audio/headphone 3.5mm input jack. I had a pair of wireless TV headphones connected to my prior TV that connected to that audio port. However, you can connect Bluetooth headphones to this TV, so easy alternate method for solo listening if you're watching TV late night. With it's built Fire TV it links to your Amazon account during setup and lets you connect to all your streaming services. That said, I had an issue where no matter how many times I registered/deregistered to our Amazon account, it automatically names the TV to your Amazon "First name Fire TV" and I've been unable to change it. You can't change it on the TV and it's not appearing under my Amazon devices. I think it is an Amazon issue, not a Hisense issue, but not sure why Hisense prevents you from setting the device name on the TV. Not a huge deal, but I'd prefer to name it Living Room TV, etc. for Alexa voice integration and for easy airplay/display mirroring. The Fire TV interface works fine and is intuitive to use. You can have different profiles for different people in your home, kid profiles, parental controls, etc. In my testing, I found that my Apple TV is faster and does a better job streaming than the built in Fire TV interface and streaming app and more importantly, it also doesn't throw ads at me like the Fire TV interface does. Overall the picture quality and configurability of the TV is excellent 5 out of 5. I'm less of a fan of the Fire TV integration 3 out of 5, but easily bypassed in my case.

I'll front load this review by saying the actual picture of this TV is fantastic. Blacks are black and colors look amazing and acurate. But I just can't get past the slow and bloated FireTV OS that runs the whole thing. It really brings this TV down quite a bit for me. Setup was as easy as it is to set up a TV. Your phsyical setup milage will vary depending on what you're going for and what you already have set up. If you're just setting up the included feet and standing it on an entertainment center you'll be up and running in a few minutes. If you need to hang the TV and run a lot of wires, it might take you a bit. Once powered on, go grab yourself a coffee because you need to wait for things to update. It does let you use your phone to help set up your wifi faster so if you already have your wifi information saved with Amazon, it'll be mostly automatic and you're just waiting for things to finish. Once you actually get into the TV, you're presented with a FireTV screen. You'll love the prominent placement of advertisements on your home screen right off the bat as much as I did, I'm sure. And I picked the "basic" option instead of the full setup (which I am happy they gave me the option for this but it's still just way more than I wish to have running my whole TV). I have another FireTV stick connected to a projector for the kids so it's not hard to navigate but it's clunky at best and I prefer to use AppleTV boxes for a much more snappy and intuitive media consuming OS. I just don't like that the whole TV is run through the FireTV OS. After power outages, you'll stare at a Hisense FireTV screen for a while waiting for the TV to "boot" instead of just having a dumb TV that maybe has FireTV integration somewhere. If I could do normal TV stuff outside of the FireTV OS like change inputs and adjust TV settings (picture, audio, etc), I'd be 1000% happier, but since I have to wait and wade through the FireTV OS for literally everything, I'm just not as happy with it. I want my TV to be dumb at it's core and then add whatever extra bloat-ware and advertisement infested, OPTIONAL functions on top of that, please. Once you get over the FireTV stuff and start to actually use the TV to watch things, everything starts to look much brighter (literally and figuratively). The picture on this screen is really great. You get pure blacks and the colors look really brilliant. With DolbyVision enabled, you don't really have to do much tuning (and you really can't touch anything while DolbyVision is enabled anyways). Running my receiver through the eARC port works great and then having my AppleTV, PS5 and Xbox Series X running on the other TV ports gives me the best features while I'm still able to piggy back onto my receiver's HDMI ports for things that aren't so demanding on the HDMI bandwidth like my Switch 2 and other small devices. It took a while of wading through the settings to really get things set up the way I was used to and some things are still a little weird but I'll either sort them out or get used to the way it works now. Luckily, there is a setting for what to power on the TV with and you can choose "last input" so I don't really have to see the FireTV OS very often as my TV will just turn on to my AppleTV. HDMI-CEC also works well to swap inputs when they get activated or turned on as well. The bottom line for this TV is that it's a really great panel and has a really great picture but it's just brought down by the forced FireTV integration into the very core of the TV instead of it just being an extra feature you can switch to while maintaining a bare bones TV control underneath it all. You can mostly avoid it if you try and if you're a bit FireTV fan, you'll probably really love it but I found navigating things much slower than a basic TV menu system along with a lot of useless animations and other things making everything feel even slower. If you're looking for a good screen at a decent price, this one might still be for you but unless you love FireTV, you'll have to do some work to avoid it and set things up to use your preferred media consumption device instead. I'd still recommend the TV for the picture quality for sure but I'm just left with the sour taste of a giant corporation running the very core of my TV and that just doesn't feel great.

I was looking to upgrade the screen in the gaming room with something with a nice image quality, good refresh rate and a decent size when playing games locally with the family. The 75" U6 Pro looked to check off the boxes, but was surprised by the amount of feature they had added into the TV. The U6 Pro is a sleek TV with fairly small bezels, it has a modest 2.6 inches of depth, which can be a touch more than some however on the back you can locate the speaker grill for the sub as this has 2.1 audio channels! I typically use external speakers but Hisense made the speakers on this TV actually usable, I will use the built in speakers a bit more often as this 40Watt systems has Dolby Atmos and DTS Virtual:X. The picture quality is really what I have enjoyed the most, the MiniLEDs add deep blacks while the 1200 nits adds some bright color contrast with the full array local dimming you can get wonderfully immersed while playing games with a suspenseful theme or race across some bright colorful fields! You have 2x4K@144Hz, and 2x4K@60Hz, the U6 Pro will detect the input and allow feature such as AMD Adaptive Sync to turn on based on your device. I did go into the settings and disable the notifications for the detection as it will pops up every time you launch a game, I do appreciate that they allow you to turn those notifications off. I have played a bunch of Abyssus on this screen and the U6 Pro has handled it all with ease, the refresh rate has handled the quick pace of that and Forza Horizon 6. The color and brightness range has also shined through my sessions of Ghost of Yotei, Diablo IV and Destiny 2. You do have a wide range of streaming services built into this FireTV plus Amazon Alexa built in Voice Assistant. I streamed some content, but that wasn't the main focus on my personal use, but my experience has been pretty good with what I watched. I have the TV connected via ethernet, however it does have WiFi 6 built in. You can also use screen mirroring with Apple AirPlay and share content from your phone. You can also connect a controller to play games steamed over Amazon Luna plus other games available on the app store. I have enjoyed my experience with the Hisense U6 Pro, I look forward to the gaming sessions for those lazy summer nights!

I have had the Hisense 75" U6 Pro MiniLED QLED 4K Smart Fire TV for about a week now, and my family and I have really been enjoying it. This is my first Mini-LED TV, and I have to say I am impressed. The picture quality is excellent, delivering smooth, vibrant images whether we are streaming movies and TV shows or playing video games. The first feature that immediately stood out to me was the anti-glare screen. I have a window directly behind where I sit, and I barely notice it anymore. Reflections have been almost nonexistent, making daytime viewing much more enjoyable than on my previous TV. The built-in speakers also surprised me. They produce clear, full sound, and the integrated subwoofer adds more bass than I expected from a television. That said, I quickly connected my surround sound system using the eARC HDMI port because I already had one. If you are not using an external audio system, I think most people will be pleasantly surprised by the built-in sound quality. Connectivity is another strong point. There are four HDMI ports, two USB-A ports, Ethernet, an optical audio output, and even a coaxial antenna connection. It had everything I needed without having to compromise on what was plugged in. Setup was simple and took less than 10 minutes. I attached the stand feet, connected my existing cables, and was ready to go. I was also surprised by how light the TV felt for its size, making installation much easier than I expected. The included Fire TV remote is familiar, comfortable to use, and easy enough for my kids to navigate. I especially like the voice search button, which makes finding movies and shows much faster than opening multiple streaming apps. One thing I did notice is that the Fire TV interface can occasionally feel a little sluggish when navigating menus. It is not constant, and most of the time everything responds normally, but every now and then there is a brief delay. It has not been enough to take away from the overall experience, but it is worth mentioning. The TV sits a little lower on its stand than my previous Hisense television, but it has not caused any issues. Even with my soundbar sitting directly in front of it, the remote still works perfectly. The native 144Hz refresh rate, combined with the motion processing features, keeps fast-moving scenes looking incredibly smooth. Sports, action movies, and video games all look fantastic. The picture settings also do a nice job adjusting to different types of content, making movies feel cinematic while keeping games responsive and vibrant. The Fire TV interface is easy to navigate and includes many of the most popular streaming apps right out of the box. I downloaded a few additional apps, and they installed quickly and appeared on the home screen without any issues. It also supports Alexa and Apple Home integration, which is a nice bonus for anyone already invested in a smart home ecosystem. Overall, I have been very impressed with the Hisense 75" U6 Pro MiniLED QLED Fire TV. Aside from the occasional menu lag, I really do not have any complaints. The Mini-LED display delivers deep blacks, bright highlights, and vivid colors that make movies, sports, and games look fantastic. It has noticeably elevated family movie nights in our house, and after owning multiple Hisense TVs, we have become even bigger fans of what they continue to produce.

This review is for the new Hisense - 75" Class U6 Pro MiniLED Series QLED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV (2026) This thing is packed with a lot of great features. Stuff like Hi-view Al engine, this automatically adjusts your picture for whatever you're watching. AI smooth motion, Just like it sounds it helps keep every frame smooth choppiness and blur. WiFi 6 for faster connections. Dolby vision and atmos. And a great sounding built in subwoofer. This was the first thing I noticed when unboxing this unit. And it helps provide an exceptional sound. That is if you plan on using the built in speakers. I did use them just for testing purposes, but nothing beats full surround sound. The picture quality is exceptional. The dark colors are dark and the colors are bright and crystal clear. This is my third Hisense TV, with each one getting better every time. This one has a total of 4 HDMI inputs, 1 LAN connection for hard wiring your internet, optical digital audio out, two USB ports, an RF antenna input, and a headphone jack along with bluetooth. The thing I love most about these TV's are the software runs very smoothly. This one has Fire Tv as it's main OS, And is quicker than running my fire TV stick. I use to tell people to just buy a non-smart TV and add a fire stick,box or apple Tv to make them smart. I found that most smart TV's were slow and sluggish when operating built-in apps, But times have changed and it is hard to find a TV that isn't smart these days. And I feel this unit runs the built in FireTv very smoothly jumping from one app to another. I have been very happy with this unit.

This is my first Hisense TV and exceeds my expectations so far! Amazing picture quality, great sound quality and built in sound bar. Looks great above the fireplace and fills in the space perfectly. Early assessment - great product and price point!

The picture quality is good, but the glass gives off a lot of glare. Can lights ceiling fan lights all have to be off or you get glare on the screen.

This TV turned out to be a great purchase after comparing several models in the same price range. I wanted a large 75-inch TV with Mini-LED technology, good gaming performance, and built-in smart features without paying premium flagship prices. The Hisense U6 Pro offered the best combination of features and value, including a 144Hz refresh rate, Mini-LED display, Fire TV, and a good warranty. The delivery experience was excellent. The TV was delivered right to our doorstep and arrived in perfect condition. It was packaged extremely well with a sturdy wooden protective crate around the box to prevent damage during shipping. While removing the wooden crate took some extra effort, it gave me confidence that the TV was well protected throughout delivery. Since this is a very large and heavy 75-inch TV, I also appreciated that the delivery team was willing to place the box inside our garage when I requested it. Moving a box this size without proper equipment would have been very difficult, so that was a big help. The TV has a clean and modern design with very thin bezels that make the screen look even bigger. The black finish looks premium and blends nicely with the room. Installation was surprisingly easy. After attaching the wall mount for our bedroom(where this TV was mounted), the on-screen setup guided me through connecting to Wi-Fi, signing into my Amazon account, and downloading my streaming apps. The entire process took only a few minutes, and I didn't need to look at the manual. Picture quality is impressive for the price. The Mini-LED backlighting produces bright highlights, good contrast, and deep blacks, while the QLED colors look rich and natural. The anti-glare screen works well during the day, making it a good choice for bright living rooms. Movies, sports, and streaming content all look sharp, and older content is noticeably improved by the AI upscaling. Gaming performance is another strong point. The native 144Hz refresh rate, VRR, and AMD FreeSync make gameplay feel very smooth with little motion blur or screen tearing. Fast-moving games and sports are clear and responsive. The built-in Fire TV interface is simple to use and gives quick access to all major streaming apps. Alexa voice control works well, making it easy to search for shows or control smart home devices. The built-in subwoofer provides better bass than most TVs in this price range, although adding a soundbar will still improve the overall audio experience. Overall, I think this TV offers outstanding value for money. It delivers premium features that are usually found on much more expensive models while keeping the price reasonable. Between the excellent packaging, careful delivery, easy installation, impressive picture quality, smooth gaming performance, and built-in smart features, this TV is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a big-screen entertainment upgrade without spending a premium price.

This is my first set incorporating the Fire TV OS from Amazon. Having used Roku, Nvidia, Sony, Android, only to name a few, I was a little skeptical of what Amazon could bring to the table. Everything load quick, movements are direct and snappy with very little lag. The 75U6SF-PRO has an entirely new chipset for Hisense, so not surprised about this. The remote allows for voice coommand along with searching, which is unique to my viewing experience, as usually I only have used voice search, but having voice commands is something I really hope more manufacturers offer. Who knows, maybe they do and I'm just not aware, either way, I love it. My only real gripe being an Amazon product is that you get a lot (A LOT) of ads and Amazon specific content constantly thrown at you while navigating around. The picture quality is stellar. I miss the plasma days, maybe not so much in the way of brightness, but when it came to colors I just thought they were the best. And this is right there with them. The way these mini-LEDS can handle blacks without looking distorted or muddy is insane. And even in broad daylight I had no issues with reflections. Lights on, window blinds up, light everywhere and the screen was still more than viewable and I'm a stickler for that particular thing more than anyone else in my house. Though I will add that our living room setup forces a straight on viewing experience when seated, I could only see from the side when entering/leaving the room, and there *was* a bit of a decrease in viewability when off to the side, more so than on my other TV that used to be hanging in the exact same spot the U6 PRo is now. You have the full range of codec and playback support, too. Dolby Vision IQ, HDR10+ Adaptive, and a few others. Sound was checked prior to hooking it up to my home theater and it was surprisingly decent considering how terrible factory TV speakers tend to be. I wouldn't be able to listen to more than a single 20 minute TV show with them, but if you're in a pinch they'll suffice. This is a really amazing unit and something I'd quickly recommend to any family/friends in the market looking for a mid-tier TV with a lot of real estate that didn't cost an arm and a leg.

Hisense is no stranger to building budget TVs that deliver the high end goods at bargain prices. The U6 Pro is a solid midrange offering from Hisense. What does it bring? A pretty significant baseline of features to make a movie lover, or gamer quite happy. Let’s dig in. Out of the box, the 75” panel takes 2 people to get setup. The feet feel quite flimsy, but offer enough support. There are two positions you can install them, towards the center or wide. I chose the wide option as this offers better stability. The TV is big, but not overly heavy, weighing in at 57lbs. The TV’s physical design is reminiscent of most recent Hisense TVs. The bezels are quite small, and the frame is a mix of metal and plastic. The right side of the TV has its power connector and the left side is where ports are. Once plugged in via a standard IEC cable, setup is smooth. A short boot up sequence yields to an Amazon Fire TV setup wizard. Choosing the QR code setup simplifies a lot, as it immediately signs you in and joins the WiFi network you have setup with any other Amazon devices you own. Setup guides you through some app setup, and the fire TV store makes it easy enough to find apps. That said, my guess is the internal storage is dead slow, as initial setup seemed to take forever. Once downloaded, apps setup fairly quickly and the entire initial setup seemed quite good. Hardware wise, this TV is that 75” class. Based on my research and macro shot of the subpixel arrangement, I believe at least this model is an IPS-ADS (like many previous U6/7/8 variants of this size). This panel offers excellent viewing angles, coupled with deep blacks thanks to its local dimming technology. In a lot of ways, mini-led TVs overcome the native issues with their panels by offering excellent contrast using large amounts of dimming zones. Being a mid-range TV, this has fewer dimming zones than the higher end models, which means you deal with some limitations, such as blooming (highlights around bright objects surrounded by darker areas). That said, you have to be especially picky to really see this. Credits with white on black are the worst case scenarios. I could see blooming, but I will say it’s not distracting. Brightness wise, this TV can push 1k nits, which is quite bright. To tame this HDR beast, the TV offers a light sensor to automatically adjust brightness. This feature is a mixed bag, as the sensor is located on the bottom side of the TV, so you need to keep this area bathed in ambient light. Ambient light is also something this TV can deal with in spades. As opposed to a glossy TV, this TV has a matte coating. For what that sacrifices in contrast, it makes up for in glare reduction. This TV has some of the best reflection rejection I’ve seen in a budget display, making it an excellent fit for a bright living room which would introduce glare. Coupled with its inherent Speaking of HDR/brightness, this set, like most Hisense, offers Dolby Vision as well as HDR 10+ support. While Dolby Vision is definitely more prolific in the content space, HDR10+ adaptive is great to see. Rounding out the format support, you have classic HDR10, and HLG. Overall, this TV can play any modern format. Around the right side are all your ports. You get 4 HDMI ports, 2 of which are HDMI 2.1 and can utilize all the high end features: ALLM, 144hz. Luckily unlike some TVs, the eARC port isn’t one of these 2.1 ports - so you aren’t wasting a high end port if you want to use a sound bar. Hooking up the PS5 to either the HDMI 3 or 4 port instantly detected ALLM. The gaming experience on this TV was top notch, and I noticed no noticeable lag. This TV also supports VRR/Freesync Premium Pro 48-144Hz variable refresh rate. This noticeably smooths out framerate when the PS5 might get a hiccup, and reduces tearing. Movie/TV watching was by far my most used use case. I’m going through Game of Thrones for the 15 year anniversary, and Westeros is absolutely beautiful, especially into season 4 and 5 where visual production quality seems higher. Speaking of sound, this TV honestly doesn’t need a sound bar. The included speaker system is loud, clear, and offers a lot of balanced sound. There’s a subwoofer located in the middle of the back panel, and it booms more than you’d think. The sound is tuned by Devialet, and it shows. The Movie mode sounds the best when I was watching TV, with dialogue enhancement Fire TV OS isn’t as bad as I thought it would be. As previously stated, the storage seems quite slow, and thus apps took a while to install. The UI seems quick and fairly intuitive - especially coming from Google TV. The app selection is quite good, and the Alexa integration might appeal to some. Voice control and the included remote work well enough if you understand its capabilities. Overall it’s hard to be made at Fire TV OS - other than its incessant advertisements. Luckily these can be minimized if you go into settings. Fire TV OS’s ambient experience is quite nice, and this, what essentially amounts to as a screensaver, can turn your display into art. In conclusion, the U6 Pro offers a lot of great features, gaming, and movie watching capabilities. It’s bright, capable, and has a decent smart TV interface. Where the TV lets down is really in it’s position in the market: it doesn’t have 165Hz, as many dimming zones as the U7, etc. That said, it offers so many of the capabilities you’ll find on these more premium sets, it’s a tough choice to determine if this is the right TV for you, or if you should step up to a higher end model. I think most people would be well served by this TV, and those with bright rooms will love the anti-reflective coating. Overall for my needs, this is a great TV!

The Hisense 75" Class U6 Pro MiniLED Series QLED 4K UHD Smart Fire Television provides a clean crisp picture. It is wall mountable and even the screws are provided. The set up is super simple, and the television responds fairly fast. A feature I like is the fact that the remote has a button to switch from the smart TV to the local channels, such as AIR signal. Regarding the build of the television can't really say much since it is just like all the other television. However, like i stated previously the clean crisp image is amazing. In some shows it feels like you have the real person there in front of your face. Yes, image is that good. Overall, the set up was very simple, it came packaged really well. Pros: Very responsive and clear image and sound. Things i did not like are none! I love this television and provides everything else all the other televisions provide and just simple to use. Therefore, if you are lloking for a new television the 75 inch provides amazing picture quality and sound.

This is my second Hisense TV. The first one I liked so much that I bought one for my mom for Christmas. As much as I liked my first Hisense, this one is leaps and bounds more mature. The color and clarity on these mini leds are just jaw dropping. I love having all the apps built-in and ready - no Stick needed. I an have OLED TV in the bedroom and the blacks on this TV come very close to the OLED. The next thing worth mentioning is the speaker. It's almost a given these days when you buy a television, you're going to need some sort of sound system. Whether it be a soundbar, or the full 5:1 sound system - you most likely will need something to get above ambient room noise. Not in this case however. This TV has a built-in sub and it is more than enough for movies and shows. It's very refreshing to see a manufacturer go the extra mile and not cheap out when it comes to audio. Everything from the build quality to the shipping box is top notch. I had it completely assembled with the feet on and plugged in in less than fifteen minutes. Watching movies on this is a great experience and I highly recommend it!
