Yikes save you money

SPECIALLY in any native app via the internal android app. Image is dim and this is only compared to a TCL series 6. Sad I'll have to somehow dale this as I missed the cut of date to return. And I'll buy a new tv. Sad to watch movies. If colors stayed in film mode or std then it would be ok.

T.V. Damaged upon arrival, lack of service was sad

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.T.V. screen was damaged when we opened it up at home even though we took every precaution to ensure its safety and the Team secured it before we left. Reached out and nobody inquired as to what had happened or how they could help with the situation. Ended up just buying a new T.V. but opted for delivery instead. When we got a new T.V., the Techs installing it told us that nobody checks the t.v.'s at the store to make sure it works due to the lack of assistance we had that a store manager would reach out to us to find out what happened and take care of us since we have made many purchases in the past. Nobody ever reached out to us besides the tech that delivered the new t.v., Once we left a review about the installation, the tech stopped following up with me as well. Finally have given up on hearing back from any managers and am pretty disappointed in how this was handled. So yay for paying for a New t.v. that never got any use. However, the New T.V. is nice, So I will give them that.

I'm not good with tech words and descriptions but I returned it because the picture wasn't crispy enough for me and the youtube app would randomly turn off while listening to music.

Potentially good set but QC iffy

Returned to store and purchased a different brand. Best Buy handled the issue right away and got my issue resolved same day.

Do NOT buy : HDMI ARC is broken

It may look good and sound good on paper, but there is a major issue with the TV. HDMI ARC support is abysmal. It is not compatible with my Sony AV receiver. When you select ARC as the audio output setting on the TV, it immediately switches back to TV speakers. ARC worked fine on my older TCL TV. Also, the audio that is output via the optical cable is 2.0 only. It won't output anything above that. Hisense support has been terrible as far as fixing it. I'm getting ready to return it.

TV stopped working after a month

I called Geeksquad for support because I bought protection, but then they told me I had to call the manufacturer. It's been too many days and they have not resolved the issue yet and I have a new huge Tv in my living room that does not work. Hisense support has been terrible.

Jaw dropping picture

Watching movies in 4K UHD has kind of ruined my ability to like movies in HD, which I used to think were just fine. But the quality difference between them on this TV is now so very noticeable. I also love the fact that it's Android TV and I can cast to it from my phone. Once I got all the apps installed that I need that weren't already installed (Apple TV, Disney+, Hulu) and logged into all of them, it's super easy to watch what I want. The speakers in this TV are really solid. The sound quality is great, and also the volume can be cranked plenty loud. It used to be the speakers in flat screen TVs were pretty bad, but that's certainly not the case with this one. I thought I'd share an anecdote about when the TV was delivered by Fedex. The very considerate Fedex guy had noticed a pretty large hole punctured in the front of the box, so he insisted that we take it out of the box and power it up on my front porch to make sure it was okay. It turned out not to be damaged at all, but to give it a test I put the TV into "store mode" where it plays a 4K demo video. When that came on, both of us sat back on our heels and went "whoa!" at the same time. We were both pretty impressed. He said he owned a 65" Hisense and loved it, but I think he was a little jealous after seeing this one.

HORRIBLE SERVICE

They guy tells me they can replace it I load it up drive the 45 minutes just for the guy to say he miss understood us and there’s nothing they can do ! Forget about extended warranty! Covers NOTHING

Budget set with budget picture

That's the only with all the great reviews. Terrible reflection, poor motion handling, buggy software, and no where near a mid range Sony or Sammy in terms of picture quality.

Best buy and this TV both suck
