    We bought this twice. First from another place and the screen was punctured and then from Best Buy and the screen was cracked at the base. So disappointed

    Run away from Hisense the quality is getting lower. Glitchly TV and local dimming sucks. Picture quality is also trash and motion is weird. Run!!

    Returned it as 65 & 75 inch comes with different panel. The demo model in best buy even that dirty screen effect.

    Horrible a waste of time and money couldn’t hold a light to Samsung, Sony or Lg. I purchased high end based on other reviews.

    Not bad for 60hz

    Great at handling 4k and 1080p content with some noticable motion blur, but less than expected for 60 hz panel. Colors are beautiful and bright. Some noticabke difficluty with upscaling lower quality content eapecially on youtube. Overall great tv and worth the buy.

    It’s good for the price. I wanted to try a Hisense and did some research before buying. I felt comfortable not buying one of the top three name brands as I’ve owned Sony’s and currently have a 65” Lg. None of which are the high end models of those lines. I like the picture on our LG better although I have not take much time to adjust this one. It’s in the basement tv room and it works fine for what we need.

    The physical setup was good. My old TV was mounted, so I just put the bracket on this one and slapped it on the wall with no problem. While setting up, I noticed the app page has a UI similar to if it was on a phone app which is cool. I couldn't set up Google Assistant through my phone though; it never synced, so I just signed in with the remote. Big enough for the family room and had enough HDMI ports for my devices. I like it so far. *Customer Service Experience* After turning the TV on I noticed a dark spot in the middle of the screen. After a few days, it never went away so I contacted customer service, they replied in a timely fashion, and agreed to issue me a replacement. Happy experience!

    Great picture! Almost 3D. I like having Android format but Xfinity stream is not available through Google Play on Android TV's and that is disappointing. Dowloading all other apps has been no problem.

    Absolutely the best picture right out of the box. A better picture out of the box than my last 3 tvs after tuneing. The picture is way brighter than my last 3 tvs. Then if you turn it to vivid it gets so bright I'm afraid is going to hurt my eyes or burn itself out. Minimum screen glare. Android os is great. My last 3 tvs are Samsung, lg, and sharp Roku. Hisense wow great job

    Only been about a month. Picture is great and bright. Motion is good for sports and gaming. It can get loud too. The room its in is larger and i keep the column at 6 to 9 without my home theater system on. Not as easy to navigate as a roku tv but once you figure it out it's fine. Just kinda slow to switch inputs.

    Nice graphics but the software has flaws. Wifi turns itself off randomly and there's no settings to prevent this. TV will freeze and cache has to be cleared or it's super slow

    I love this TV. I am planning to purchase another for my family room. the small problem I have with it is I do not understand how to work the remote. Besides that the picture and sound are excellent.

    Refuses to turn on and poor storage

    Initially this TV was ok. Then when powering i. The tv it would turn on and then immediately turn itself off. We woild have to unplug and replug the tv for it to finally turn on. Also the low storage space doesnt allow for many apps on this “smart” tv. They provide an external usb option but the tv reports any isb as corrupt. Now we have lost access to some apps becaise they need to be updated but a “lack of storage” wont allow. Trying to remove apps seems to do nothing to help resolve anything as I’m still not allowed to make any updates.

    I bought this tv 2.5 years ago for $1,100 and the screen has gone out. Hisense is a joke DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! No matter how good the deal may sound this is a junk manufacturer.
