    The operating system is absolutely terrible. Now I don’t know if this is a Google problem or an HiSense problem but I purchased this TV a month ago and I constantly have to unplug it or reset it. The screen is black most of the time, I can hear the remote clicking feedback but nothing happens on the TV. This is very frustrating for a brand-new TV and spending less is not worth all the hassle of fetching the plug behind the TV stand and waiting around every time. The system is also extremely slow, it takes a while for the volume bar to appear after you clicked the buttons or to navigate through the menu. For reference my TV is hardwired to the internet via Ethernet cable, I have high-speed internet and the software is up to date along with all the apps (yes, I did try everything). I should have returned it when I could and gotten something else… sometimes more expensive does mean more quality.

    I got the 75in Great speaker with different mode on sound. Picture and video quality is AMAZING. Keep in mind the stock apps on tv are not capable of showing 4k which is odd. Video quality is different if you watch the same video on 4k fire stick plugged in. Software for the TV is fast/responsive with no lag. Picture quality is on par with Sony, LG, and Samsung without our paying extra $ BEWARE UNBOXING Heavy TV, the glass panel is easily scratched. I didn't even know that it was a glass until i got it set up on tv stand . I guess I was a bit more aggressive on either removing the tape surround or might have removed a smudge on the screen but there is a visible scratch on the center of my new TV. My fault I will have to live with it. People say it's a budget tv. I beg the differ. Enjoy your TV
