    When streaming on this TV, the hard drive is not fast enough to process and it lags. The entire operating system lags. Lag lag lag. Buy a different brand.

    Overall a fantastic TV for the price range and looks great. Only thing that could be improved is the UI response time but that's easily fixed with a streaming device.

    Another great value for the price. Only thing is the voice command didn’t work on my unit. If you’re on the market for a 75” and on a budget, this is definitely for you!

    Bought the TV new, no power cable, remote, or manual anywhere in the box. Best Buy online chat said the “TV doesn’t come with those”. Hisense’s online spec lists these as included. I’m not sure if the error is Hisense forgetting the accessories during packaging or if best buy mistakenly sent me an open box item instead. I decided to take a trip to my local store to sort this out and they hooked me up with a cable and universal remote.

    Picture, sound and brightness are great. TV rarely works without unplugging and plugging back in every time. If left idle it freezes and you have to unplug and plug back in again. Very frustrating!

    This TV was great for the first 1 1/2 years. Then it updated and hasn’t turned back on since. Have tried numerous times to contact the company but no response. Don’t waste your time or money!

    I had to return because it was cracked when it got delivered. I now have the U6G model. I like it so I assume the next model up is pretty good.

    Web browser is garbage. Everything is slow. Voice remote miss hears words regularly. In apps, if you pause for more than 30 secs it will stop playing audio and you'll have to force stop. Also, auto plays a movie you already watched every time you open an app. Seriously the worst tv I've ever owned.

    Slugging TV. Even changing volume is slow.

    TV looks great but is very slow, even changing volume takes noticeably long time, forget changing channels. Almost no action feels instantaneous. I would recommend going for a slightly expensive model or a different brand given how laggy the experience is.

    A new tv without a remote or cord in box x2

    Well I would love to rate this tv but…. I purchased one and the cord and remote was missing from the box…. Returned to the store and took home another only to open it and it also has no remote or cord…. I wished I would have made them check before but the exchange experience wasn’t great because every concern was met with an excuse.

    Broken clearance TV

    I won't buy from Best Buy again. I purchased a clearance tv only to find that it was broken. Their solution was to replace it with their cheapest tv of its size. Communication with Best Buy is impossible.

    Delivery has been cancelled and rescheduled 4 times now with no explanation of why. Can i just get this thing delivered. that would be great. This is the first time i have had a problem with delivery. Communication would be great.
