Terrible. Waste of Time

Best Buy no longer takes calls so I kept getting redirected to a call center. Drove back to the store and the customer service rep seemed annoyed.

Broke in less rhan a year

No remote no power cable

Google TV not for me

Not such a good buy after all

But the price was such that I thought I would try it. Well, sure enough, after we got it mounted, we noticed there was a bend in the frame, and when we turned it on, the whole right side of the screen was fractured. The good news was that Best Buy was very reasonable about replacing it. Thank you, Best Buy. (We replaced it with a different brand.)

Makes a noise.

I went thru two televisions before i just exchanged it altogether. I should have stuck with Samsung. It also had dark corners on with screen.

Disappointed

Had to take it back, but they didn’t have this tv in stock, so I had to choose a different brand. This sucked as I was really looking forward to owning a Hisense at this size of tv based on the reviews I’ve seen….
