    The TV functions well and the picture is great but for the price I was expecting better. I would recommend not spending as much for a TV that I would describe as a 120Hz motion but not better than a TLC or LG.

    Would’ve been an OK TV, if I didn’t already own an OLED… now I’m stucked/spoiled by the deep blacks and quite honestly, several levels of quality above this medium range TV

    Audio output won't stay on eArc and CEC is broken

    HDMI-CEC does not work and I've tried many troubleshooting steps. Also more annoyingly every single time the TV is turned off/on the sound output will change back to the TV speakers and I need to go into the settings to change it back to HDMI-eArc for my soundbar. Every single time. I've looked up this issue and many people experience the same thing with many models of Hisense TVs. Hisense says it's an issue with a power saving feature but they won't fix it. It's been years that this his been happening to people and I can't believe my brand new $900 TV with updated firmware is still having the same issue. I know Hisense had a bad reputation with their first TVs but I was risked it with this TV because of the features and price but I regret this purchase. Their customer service is completely unhelpful and I will recommend my friends and family to avoid this brand.
