Never been so dissatisfied with a product 75u7k.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I reaserched tv for quite a while and decided on the 75U7k. I bragged about this tv to my wife and she didn't want to spend so much. I bought the tv on 05/04/2024. I set it up and it worked fine. Next morning no wi-fi connetion. I got that working finnaly after many reboots. The remote control is not working. I try to scroll over to the next option and it moves rapidly by itself multiple screens. I called tech support and they were basically no help. They are sending a new remote. Who knows how many days that will take. Tech support is in the carribean and not the U.S. I talked up this tv for a long time and now I look like fool. Also it was supposed to come with an NBA gift card that the store made no mention of.

Hisense is a waste of money
