    I don't care how much money you are trying to save this tv is awful.The tv went out in 14 months completely stopped working i even had it plugged into a high end power center an still went out .would not recommend buying this tv no matter what

    Sound quality not the greatest. Picture went out after having it for about a year and a half. Out of warranty so they won't fix it.

    Be weary of any purchases through Hisense and do NOT purchase this TV. It broke within 6 months and was very hard to schedule a repair through warranty, the main board needed replacing. Barely more than 6 months later (conveniently just after the warranty expired) the TV will no longer turn on. Hisense said it's my problem and would not help troubleshoot it. Best Buy won't help at all unless I pay $250 as well as pay for parts & labor. Very frustrating, do not purchase a Hisense TV.

    Flickering backlight issue

    Bought this TV as a Christmas present and it was great for a while and now exactly a month and a half later we turn on the TV and it has a constant flicker. It seems like it is the backlighting that is flickering. It was unwatchable. I thought maybe it was a bad HDMI connection, but I have unplugged all devices from it and rebooted it multiple times and tried a hard reset. I then found that the only thing to "fix" it is to set the backlight setting to "12" or less anything from 13 to 100 and it starts a constant flicker that speeds up the higher you set the value.

    This tv went out after 2 years (screen went black ) I called repair man and he said the screen has to be taken off to fix it .. and if it shatters it’s no good I’m Pretty sure the black light went out I didn’t want to risk it and pay repair man if he said it was a risk

    Good picture, not the best interface and died after 3yrs. Luckily I had the 5yr service contract. Bust Buy was great dealing with it and my replacement is on the way. Thank you best buy.

    Bought this tv over a year ago and finally moved into our new house to set it up last May of 2021 and the sound works but there is no longer an image. It was a great tv but it stopped working after a year… everything else works but the picture.

    TV freezes and crashes often. Forced to restart the TV several times a week. Remote control died after only about a week. Contacted Hisense customer service but they are good as deaf ears. Horrible support as if non-existent. Took a chance with a lower price compared to other name brands but you get what you pay for.

    Stopped working just over one year and half second issue DO NOT BUY THIS TV SAVE YOUR MONEY. We paid $1800 and it lasted 15 months! DO NOT BUY!!!!! This TV have updated problems all the times and turns off like it have a mind of its own.

    This TV absolutely sucks! Had it for just over a year and it stopped working. Do not buy Hisense tv's. They're garbage. I've never had a tv for less than 10 years. Maybe I've been lucky up until now but having it last just over a year seems ridiculous!

    Do not pay the money for this TV. I have only had it for 1 year and a half. The screen went completely black, and now will not work. Im so frustrated that I paid so much money for something to go wrong with it just after a year.

    TV stopped working after 15 months. Hisense was unwilling to do anything about it and after calling a few repair shops determined it is not worth fixing. Spend the extra money on a quality TV.

    Multiple times when I turn on the TV either the screen is dark or the TV feature won't turn on. The only way to fix this is to unplug the TV, wait 30 seconds and plug it back in. It happens several times. It's annoying.

    Tv worked great for about three weeks then the screen went black! Still in the return period but they had none in stock to replace. Returned and got my money back
