Picture quality isn’t the greatest. Refresh rate isn’t as fast as I’d like it. Solid purchase for the money though.

It’s a decent tv but I was a little underwhelmed when I plugged it in right out of the box. It was packaged very nicely, I do have to say that. Picture quality is ok for a 4k television. Had to do some adjusting with the picture to get it where it looked good. I guess it’s worth the 1k price tag. You get what you pay for I guess.

The TV picture is very good, although I've tried to see a significant difference compared to other image technologies. I've compared it to another TV of the same size from a year ago without mini-LED, and in practice, I wouldn't say it's a huge improvement. It's okay, but the technology doesn't make a big difference, at least not for everyday TV viewing.

TV is excellent so far. Picture quality is great and so is the volume on the TV. The TV went down in price and BB price matched it with just going to the orders page. I loved that.

Good sound, picture and fits perfectly in the living room!

Honestly for the price it’s hard to beat. It’s a quality tv that looks great and sounds great.

First the good…picture is great, 85 inch is big as heck, and with a good soundbar (like the Samsung 990F), it’ll be like a theatre in your home. Now the bad. Reed owned the TV about seven months before the HDMI port would all shut off randomly at the same time and the TV would shut off for no reason. We called Best Buy and they said they don’t stand behind their products after 15 days unless you spend more money for an extended protection plan. Hisense has a manufacturers warranty for a year, so I was directed to them I called them and explained the problem and they said they would send a technician out. The technician came the first day two hours before you were supposed to be there and I work for a living so I wasn’t able to be there early so they had to reset the appointment. a couple of days later, I took the day off of work and sure enough the contracted company Hisense had their technician come out two hours early again. By the way, the technician said that he works in multiple states so he leaves his home and tries to get to the appointment as soon as you can, even if that means the customer has a job and isn’t able to just be home the whole day. If he gets there and you’re not there, you just have to schedule another appointment. he done didn’t even ask me what was wrong and replaced the main board. Two days later the TV started powering off again for no reason and in addition to the original problem now it is not in 4K is simply in 1080 P. I called. Hisense back again and they told me they would send another technician, but they scheduled the appointment in a couple of days. I asked him how many times do they have to try to fix it before they just give me a replacement or a refund and she said “at least twice“. That means if it doesn’t work after the first couple of times when attempting to fix it, they can just send somebody back out and you’re just without a properly operating TV for months. I assure you I won’t be buying any more high since products in the future and that sucks because we actually have another TV from them as well as a Dolby Atmos sound bar. when the TV works, it’s amazing, but if you get one that doesn’t plan on not having a TV working the right way for months until they decide to replace it or give you a refund TV with habitable customer service when it comes to making the customers happy.
