However, having both Google and Fire TVs, I prefer Google due to a more mature system. There was a slight bend on the bottom lip of the TV, it doesn't affect the display but noticeable when viewed close.

Unfortunately, after using it for a short time, the audio becomes distorted and muffled, almost like the speakers are blown out. Dialogue turns hard to understand and louder scenes sound crackly and unpleasant. Adjusting the audio settings, volume levels, and sound modes doesn’t fix the issue. For a TV at this price point, I expect consistent sound performance, not something that degrades during normal use.

I will never buy anything from best buy every again !!! Horrible customer service. They wouldn't even offer me exyra rewards or gift certificates. Buyer beware of best buy!! If this was amazon they would be more accommodating. Next time i will be making my purches from Amazon!!!
