This television is a fantastic display that delivers beyond my expectations, making it an awesome multi use TV for not only gaming but for watching sports with the family. The immediate standout feature is its phenomenal brightness. This set produces an incredibly bright picture, which is perfect for well-lit rooms and daytime viewing. It handles direct or indirect sunlight beautifully, maintaining picture clarity and vibrant colors even when conditions are challenging. In terms of physical performance, the television’s screen manages ambient light sources extremely well, which is a challenge for me with windows on all walls facing the TV. While it is true that if you actively try to seek out reflections, you might see a ghost of them, the screen's sheer brightness is the perfect mitigation. Once you are focused on the content, the intensity and clearness of the picture completely overpowers any potential distraction, making reflections basically invisible during viewing. For gamers, this model is a huge step up that fulfills all requirements for max performance on the Xbox Series X. The automatic switching into dedicated Game Mode removes any complexity or fumbling of settings when starting the Xbox, allowing you to jump straight into the action effortlessly without having to dig through menus. Another feature I love on all the screens I game on, is the Game Bar feature, which provides customizable options like an on-screen crosshair—a clear advantage for first-person shooters—along with other useful tools. The smooth transition of alternative inputs and high-end specs ensure it’s always going to look great without having to manually adjust anything, a huge positive to my gaming experience when I just want to sit back and relax. This TV has awesome features that are usually in higher end television with user-friendly convenience, making it a truly exceptional centerpiece for any living space. It offers premium, bright visuals and a responsive, streamlined gaming interface that helps this giant display act like it can perform with the big dogs.

If your looking for a TV larger then life with bright colors this is the one to get. It’s amazing to see the advances in 5 years since my last TV. The local dimming enriches the blacks and adds so much dynamic range to the colors. 4K viewing is fantastic. Software UI is actually also pretty speedy versus other brands. I will caveat that the glass screen does have anti-reflective coating, however some reflection is still noticeable. It's a tradeoff between sharp color rich images, and reflection, so be sure you can position the TV in a room without direct light hitting the screen. Additionally, this type of TV is better served with an external sound system. The big internal subwoofer is a bit crackly with punchy music since it’s housed in plastic. Overall, I would highly recommend if your interested in the latest technology at a fraction of the price as the big brands.

I was very excited when I got the email confirmation of the delivery of my new MiniLED smart TV. I followed the process described and delivery was quicker than I anticipated. Hooking up the TV was easy and fast. I like the size of the TV very much because my previous TV size was 77 inches; so this was an upgrade I needed. My first impression before unboxing was that it would be a flat profile (thickness) like newer modern MiniLED OLED TVs but to my surprise, it was thicker than expected. After turning it on, the sharpness and brightness were low and I changed the settings but still couldn't get the sharpness and brightness expected immediately. I left it and came back to it a couple days later to adjust the settings again and low and behold, I was able to get the desired result. Sharp, clear, and bright like I wanted it. The motion quality on movies is fantastic. My third observation was my inability to connect the TV to my sound bar. I have done these types of connections in the past and never had issues. I plan to try the setup for the sound bar again at some time. One great quality I like so far is the superior sound even without an external speakers. In summary, I like the quality of the TV, the size, and ease of setup.

The quality of the picture is great on everything i watch and play. Bought this to upgrade my 65" tv for Football and other sports i watch. Well worth the money. Great picture, great built in sound and easy to setup and use.

Recently bought this TV and OMG the resolution is crystal clear with Its Mini LED Pro that has full array local dimming with a built in AI chroma light sensor that adjust the brightness and color of the picture that matches the light around. It's so smooth with AI Noise reduction and a Wi-Fi built in with a 6GHz band ideal for 4k streaming. Great shows and movies to watch with the amazing Google TV built in app, like my own Home page of shows. Highly recommend anyone looking for a MiniLED QLED UHD 4K TV! Hisense has done it this time!

After searching for a new TV for a while, we finally decided to go with the Hisense 85" Class U7 Series Smart Google TV, and I couldn't be happier with our choice! We invested a lot of time reading reviews and comparing different models, and after weighing all the options, we felt really confident in this purchase. From the moment we set it up, we realized we made the right decision. The picture quality is simply outstanding. The MiniLED technology delivers vibrant colors and exceptional contrast, which makes picture look incredible. The HDR support enhances the details in both bright and dark scenes, adding a level of immersion that’s hard to describe. Navigating through the apps using the Google TV platform is super easy. The ability to control it with my voice is another feature I never knew I needed until I had it; it makes searching for shows a breeze. I was also pleasantly surprised by the sound quality. The built-in speakers create a rich audio experience that really adds to the overall enjoyment of whatever I'm watching. Considering how much we researched before making our decision, I can confidently say that the Hisense U7 is the perfect fit for our home. If you’re on the fence about which TV to choose, I absolutely recommend this one! It’s a fantastic combination of quality, features, and value. You won’t regret it!

The Hisense 85" U7 delivers a quality product for its price point. I would personally argue that the Hisense U7 should be considered best in its class. For its size, price, and features, the Hisense U7 has a lot to offer. To highlight a few of its features, this is an 85" MiniLED panel with 3000 nits brightness, support for HDR and Dolby Vision standards, four HDMI ports with eARC, both WiFi and Bluetooth, and even has a tuner! Did I mention that this is considered a mid-tier TV? Out of the box, you pretty much just need to attach the stand, plug it in, and you're ready to go! As this is a Google TV, setup requires you to connect your Google account. (So if you don't have one, you must create one.) Personally, I would prefer if there was a way to bypass this, but I could not immediately find a way to do so. Additionally, you must connect the TV to the internet in order to complete the setup - there was no way around this either. This was a little challenging for me as my network utilizes MAC addresses for access and there was no way to find the unit's MAC address from either the box or the software setup. The only way was to look at network logs after attempting to connect. While my network setup is probably a little more advanced than the average household, others who have a similar network will likely know exactly what I'm talking about. After getting over this one hurdle, everything else was pretty straight forward. While I have not spent an incredible amount of time with the TV, I immediately installed Jellyfin to connect to my media server. For what it's worth, the Jellyfin app is available on the Google Play store so installation was simple. Playing different content showed the TV has some preset picture modes depending on the HDR format of the content but seem to have only one mode for each HDR standard. In poking around the picture menu, there was also the ability to calibrate the panel - something I didn't expect to see on a mid-tier TV. As far as sound stage, I was not particularly impressed with the built-in speakers (which is supposed to be better on the U8), but I've always used a soundbar with all my previous TVs, which as mentioned previously is easily accomplished with the eARC HDMI port. Overall, the Hisense 85" U7 does not disappoint and I would personally say the U7 is in a "sweet spot".

Watching sports and movies on the Hisense 85" Class U6 Series Mini-LED QLED UHD 4K HDR Smart Fire TV has been a fantastic experience. The motion is smooth, and the image is incredibly vibrant thanks to QLED color and Dolby Vision. Whether it’s a fast-paced football game or a cinematic blockbuster, the Mini-LED brightness and local dimming really make everything pop with deeper blacks and brighter highlights. As someone who games occasionally, I’ve also appreciated the Game Mode with its smooth refresh rate and low latency it makes gameplay feel very responsive and fluid. The built-in Fire TV interface is easy to navigate, and setting up the TV was simple and fast. I also found the Google Assistant voice control super convenient for switching inputs or searching content hands-free. While the built-in speakers are decent, adding a soundbar with Dolby Atmos really elevated the audio, making it a much more immersive experience. Overall, the Hisense U6 Series exceeded my expectations with its premium features at an affordable price. It’s been a great addition to my home entertainment setup.

I have been searching for a replacement 75" TV for the living room for nearly 18 months. After narrowing my search down to Hisense, I compared both the U7 and U8 models. Based on my needs, I felt that the U7 was more than sufficient for my needs and placed an order from Bestbuy. Since I no longer have a truck, relying on delivery was painless and fast. Word of advice, if you are able to view a display before purchasing, you won't be disappointed at all. After wall-mounting the TV, familiarizing myself with the Google TV platform, I went through the setting to set the picture mode and immediately prepared for a movie night with the family. The color, clarity, and size far surpassed my previous 75" TV. The next morning, I adjusted the picture mode to sport and had an amazing time watching NFLgames! Talk about immersion! I am happy that I chose to purchase this particular model and hope that it will satisfy my living room viewing pleasure for many years to come! Next, I can't wait to try some games with the family and watch some hockey games!

For context, this is my first non-OLED TV purchase in the last 6-7 years. I'm a huge fan of how clear those TVs are in terms of contrast, black levels, etc, so I was skeptical of the Hisense Mini-LED technology. I can say that I'm a huge believer in Mini-LED and Hisense! We actually replaced our 65 inch OLED with this TV and the entire family LOVES it! The black levels are really good for a non-OLED panel. It's not on the same level, but the closest it can possibly get without true self lit pixels. Colors are fantastic, PS5 gameplay is great, and the OS is really snappy. There is no lag from the remote to the TV so navigating the TV OS is great. We even went as far as removing the Apple TV device and repurposing to another room because the built in OS is done really well. 10/10 would recommend to purchase!

I really love this TV. It was straightforward taking it out of the box and easy to set up. It did require two people to lift it because it is huge, yet still lightweight. It is also pretty stable on the TV stand, and I don’t feel like it needs reinforcement to the wall. I have a sound bar connected to it and I literally feel like I’m at the theater. I was completely amazed when I watched things in 4K. I feel like the people and animals are in the room with me the picture is so clear. I don’t have any complaints about this TV. I uploaded some 4K images in high definition from a video I was watching. People in the room were in aw watching it. It is the best picture I’ve ever seen in person on a TV. I am impressed!

I was so eager to go and pick up this tv as soon as it was available! Took less than 10 minutes to setup and get started! Its 85 inches, so its pretty massive! But I LOVE IT! First of all, the UI is so slick and fast! My current tv takes good 2-3 seconds to respond! The video looks great from every viewing angle possible! The picture quality is actually really crisp! Tried out a couple of Google TV features as well. Content is also very easy to find and the menus are very easy to navigate through! Setting up PS4 and soundbar was an easy task with this TV! The overall video and audio quality is just phenomenal! I can't wait to use this for our home theatre setup!

I’ve been using this product for a few days now, and it has exceeded my expectations. The build quality is excellent, and the sleek design exudes a modern touch. I knew it wouldn't be easy returning an 85" television, so, I did a lot of research on (YouTube) and read a lot of reviews before purchasing this Hisense 4K U7QG TV. The picture is so much brighter and clearer than my older 65" Samsung has. I ran the sound through a 5.2.2 AV receiver and it sounds amazing! I see and hear details in movies that I never noticed before. I feel like the streaming services I subscribe to are now worth the money. It truly is the next best thing to being in a movie theater. The true test was passed when my wife commented on how good the picture is. I hope this review helps someone else.

Hisense u7 2025 is better than the 2024 u8n. Great picture and brightness! If you’re looking the best bang for your buck on large tvs get this one.

Works pretty good however we had some issues when the HDMI was connected to Playstation the TV started turning off randomly we then unhooked it and it stopped gonna replace HDMI and see if that helps
