    HDR impact is meh some scense look better then others but watching anything with fast motion this tv has very high motion blur

    I haven’t had a chance to use the TV yet, and unfortunately, I may never do so because the delivery staff handled it extremely carelessly. They were literally carrying the TV as if it were a trash bag. As a result, I am concerned that the screen may already be cracked or damaged. I was unable to inspect the TV at the time of delivery because I had to leave for work. Based on this experience, I strongly recommend not purchasing an 85” TV from Best Buy.     The reason for my “poor” overall rating on this survey is because even though I was reimbursed for it, when I went into the store to purchase the television, I paid for additional services like total digital set up and removal of the existing television. We decided to not have the existing television hauled away so, they reimbursed the charge. They delivered & installed the wrong TV and performed no additional services.

    Hisense TV’s are not worth the money. They use cheap plastic for their units and the picture is mediocre at best. Plus they have terrible customer service.
