    Bought this at Christmas time and installed it in January. The box was missing the part to mount it to the wall so i contacted the company and they sent a part that was also not the correct one. After getting a second part shipped and receiving a different wrong one i gave up. 3 months later it stopped working where my tv set couldn’t locate it on the Bluetooth I had the extended warranty from best buy and when i called them i was told that hisense had to be contacted first. I called the number and got an AI phone bott and after trying all 4 suggestions that failed it hung up. I then brought the soundbar back to best buy (extended Warranty) and got a gift card for the sale price and purchased a different brand Im hoping for better luck but learned the extended warranty is good for one use time only and had to buy another one for the new soundbar for $40.00
