Loved The Movie. I was able to download the digital copy with ease and when I watch it on all the other provided platforms the quality of the movie is always excellent.

For me, Blazing Saddles will always be the masterpiece of Mel Brooks. Easily his best. Beyond that though, there are some good/very good films he's made and some true clunkers. History Pt 1 is in the former category and well worth watching/owning if you are a fan of Mel Brooks.

Really enjoy HoWp1. Not all stories work, but when they do, really funny. If you like Mel Brooks, you need to watch this movie.

One of the not great but not awful Mel Brook movies.

What can I possibly say about this movie? It's Mel Brooks! He is one of the funniest movie makers of all-time and this is one is no exception. Buy it so you can laugh at it over and over.

This is one very funny film. This was the first time i have seen it. I loved the caveman part..And the Romans part also. This is definitely a great film to own

Mel Brooks literally took a new and very funny look at the history of the world, through the Mel Brooks comedy vision. Maybe it was the historians that got everything wrong and Mel Brooks was seeing the "real" story. This movie is great fun. The transfer to digital is very good.

Absolutely hilarious film. Well worth buying in case the digital copy you thought you bought (but really only leased - check your provider's terms) goes "poof!"

Sometimes, oldies don't hold up. However, History of the World stands the test of time. So happy to have this in our collection for repeat viewings.

Wow, talk about an untalked about Mel Brooks Classic. This movie is a riot from start to finish. Sad that this isn't more well know to younger viewers today.

This classic movie is, in my opinion, Mel Brooks' best work. I've owned it on VHS for years, and now I own the DVD copy. It was great to find it at a bargain price at Best Buy!

Mel Brooks was a unique comedian, Harvey Korman played off Mel very well and the two comedy legends give this parody of historical occurrences one great twist after another.

I was happy to share this movie with my wife, who hadn't seen it before. It holds up, though the language is uh, "of the era" in which it was made. DVD arrived quickly and operated just fine.

There was a time in our culture when we use to laugh and have fun. Before the days of PC culture if you can believe it. This most fun watch is clearly in that time. If you don't laugh at "the jig is up' then do yourself a favor and buy this movie

Always something New or on Sale!! And most of the time it’s either good or okay. And the prices are sometime A little expensive one just right!! So you never no.

Got this for my wife, who had never seen it. Lots of puns, not necessarily good for the little one; now if it were only true about History of the World Part II!
