    Very dated and not as funny as I remembered it. Time doesn’t make this kind of humor better.

    Mel Brooks ---- Some love him, some not so much. :) I enjoyed this movie and of course the late great Madeline Kahn.

    Saw part of it on TV late one night, but couldn't see the whole thing. Decided to buy it. Few funny parts but not as many as his other films.

    Meandering and repetitive. Hasn't aged well. The only bonus is that Bea Arthur has an uncredited performance. Jackie Mason has a cameo as well. Mel Brooks is a better director than actor.

    I think this movie is absolutely hilarious! We owned this on laser disk and VHS when we kids. Now I have to own it on DVD! My son just turned 13 and is about old enough to watch it! Can't wait to watch him roll on the floor, just like we did when we were his age! This is definitely some of Mel Brooks finest slap-stick comedy!

    Watch it a lot, love Mel Brooks. It's a classic, fun, timeless. I watch a lot and its'never dull and the more you see it the things you see about the film.
