Posted .Hey, if you will reinstall the case with following instructions, that should solve the issue: Insert the phone into the case by resting the bottom of the phone into the case FIRST before fully inserting the phone into the case.
And when you place the phone inside the case, make sure the charging port is open, insert the seal (flexible part) with the port still open, and once you get the seal in place try to squeeze the air out from the case by sliding your fingers from top to bottom that will make the air go out through the audio port, then close the plug. I understand it’s supposed to be a waterproof case but when talking on the phone people have commented on how much noise they hear, it’s the plastic from the case. Adjust your grip on the phone slightly or your cheek touches the phone while you talk and the person you are talking to hears nothing but crackling. Don’t know if it’s really waterproof because I didn’t keep it long enough to find out. Worse case ever!

You can add optional camera lenses to this case, but very hard to fine online.

Also try to use the instructions below, that could help with audio improvements: try to reinstall the phone into the case by resting the bottom of the phone into the case first before fully inserting the phone into the case. You can’t hear people or music unless you have volume up high. The screen got scratch the first week I got it. Sometimes your touch screen does work you have to type the letters multiple times before it works.

The level of responsiveness could be affected by the screen protector if you have it on the iPhone already. Also the phone reinstallation could be helpful: insert the phone into the case by resting the bottom of the phone into the case first before fully inserting the phone into the case.
