I do like this portable speaker while I am working around the house and don't have to worry about headphone cord being yanked. Pairing this device and another device is pretty easy.

For the price, this is a great speaker. The sound is loud and reasonably clear, and the pairing and operation is very straightforward. However ... about 2 weeks into owning this thing, it would turn on by itself. This wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't for the loud sound it makes upon turning on (sounds like a cheesy game-show sound effect), and the fact that it will pair to your phone (another loud sound effect) and stay on until the battery runs down. Or until it loudly turns itself off (yet another cheesy sound effect), and then turns itself back on soon after. When your bathroom is 20 feet away from your bed, this can make for a harrowing evening. I finally stuck it down in the basement so I could get some sleep! So, back to Best Buy it goes. It's shame, because when it works properly, it's a great deal. Although I would like the ability to skip songs from the speaker, but at the price, I guess that's a small complaint.

this speaker has surprising good sound. I work outside clip this on my coat and I have hours of my personal theme music.

This Bluetooth speaker is good sound and easy to take along with. Good price too.

Two problems I had with my speaker. 1. Even after a full charge, the audio drops out and comes back every minute or so. It only drops out for a second or two, but very annoying. 2. If you pair it up with a surface pro the audio no longer matches the video, meaning the lips move on the actors first and then you hear the audio, about 1 second delay between the video and the audio.

I bought this as a gift and haven't heard it in action, but the receiver says this item works really well for the size.

This was a great buy, I've only had it for 2 weeks only but the USB where you put in to charge broke easily so there is no way I can charge it anymore. At this point, it is already useless. I cannot return it 'coz I lost the box that it came with, so sad though. I'd say that this was a good buy but like always, what can we expect with an item that has this low price.

I bought my husband this speaker for Christmas. I find shopping for electronics for him stressful because he knows so much about them and I don't. However, I did well this time! He loves that it's cordless, rechargeable and the fact that he can clip it to his pantloops while he works. He says the sound is great and he absolutely loves it.

I would have given this five stars, but there is no way to ever sneak in a tasty jam due to the extreme loudness when you turn it on or off. also makes this loud, uncontrollably loud noise once connected or disconnected from the speaker. Not recommended for ninjas.

I used the cord that it came with. i plugged it into a wall box to plug into an outlet. I left it in my room and i went downstairs. My mom was upstairs and started to smell smoke. she walked into my room and the speaker was smoking. she unplugged it and the battery was shot. the plastic had melted and i now have melted plastic in my carpet and on my bedside table. And my house stinks.

From day one, mine ALSO did not hold a charge - at all. I couldn't even test the sound quality because I couldn't even get it to turn on. I am a 31 year old tech savy guy, so this wasn't a case of not following directions or not understanding how BT or wireless systems work..

Purchased for my daughter for Christmas and it has not worked since day one. It will not keep a charge at all! When you connect it to Bluetooth, it sounds muffled...like the speaker is blown out. You can play music, but when you try to turn it up, it makes clicking noises and you can't hear the music. I lost the receipt, so I could not return it.
