Good Speaker but it falls from wall after sometime.

works pretty well so far but hasn't got really wet yet

The device itself is EXTREMELY functional, as well as durable. I know the "durable" part to be the case because of the one drawback of this device, which we'll come back to shortly. The bluetooth aspect is excellent, I had the device synced/paired in under two minutes to my phone AND tablet (there's nothing special to that part, just make your phone/tablet/etc "discoverable" to devices, the new HMDX device will pop up, sync it, done). It automatically pairs to my phone in the morning when I turn the HMDX on and streams Pandora flawlessly. That being said, the first few times I turned it on and off I thought Battlestar Galactica or Asteroid Blaster was in my shower. Simply put when you turn the device on and off it gives you a pretty loud signaling it's doing so by playing a four beat, two second blast of tones and when your just waking up it can catch you by surprise. The sound itself on the device can be adjusted. However your gonna wanna make sure the device it is paired too (your phone/tablet/etc) has the volume turned all the way up, and then adjust it from the HMDX itself. The sound this little guy puts out its also pretty surprising, even threw the background noise in an enclosed shower it's clearly audible and provides good resonance, good bass, no distortion. The ONLY drawback ironically is the silliest thing... The suction cup that mounts the device isn't that great, especially if you've recently cleaned your shower. The BEST application I've found is to make sure the surface your mounting to is clean, no water spots/hard water stains/etc, and DRY. Then just slightly dampen the suction cup only, and mount it. Make sure you don't smash the suction cup to the mounting surface because it will slowly draw back and eventually fall off the wall and go tumbling down in the shower - hence how I know this thing can take a pretty good beating. Through trial and error I've had this thing take a fall and go banging around the shower floor about half a dozen times and it still functions flawlessly. The charge/usage time is about 5 hours on one charge, and only takes about 20-30 minutes to fully charge back up. Last thing, it may state "water proof" on the packaging but remember it is still a speaker and therefore should not be constantly submerged in water. It will hold up just fine in the shower, and can be dunked/fully submerged occasionally for VERY short periods of time. All in all, it's a handy, durable, user friendly device, that puts out great sound! For less than $20 you'll get your money back out of this thing and then some.

This is a budget speaker. Sometimes found even max volume is not loud enough.

This.is a great little portable speaker, it has good sound and good battery life.

Sound is loud and clean, but suction isn't great. I have mine mounted to glass in my shower, but I always find it on the floor due to losing suction. Music control is basic , play, pause etc...

I gave as a gift. They seemed to,like the idea of listening in the shower.

I was looking for a speaker, so I wouldn't have to bring my phone into the bathroom. This was exactly what I was looking for, and the color is great too.

I bought this speaker to listen to music in the shower. The sound is good and was easy to contact to phone. The only thing I don't like is the suction cup because it keeps falling.

It worked good you just can not switch songs. Would not buy again

Bought it to use in cars without aux plug in for IPod. Suction cup attaches firmly to windshield. The sound is not full but works good enough in vehicle environment. I would not use it at home. However the ease of transporting around and the suction cup makes it good enough for vehicles.

Great for the shower. Sound isn't hi fidelity, but works as intended.

Nice little speaker. Good for listening to my mp3 player and syncing to Bluetooth to listen to music on phone.

I've been using this speaker when I'm at work and its so funny when people ask me where the music is coming from when I'm not near it.
