Very good movie. My kids were able to pay attention and follow easily. Digital movie was the best. Didn't watch the 3d version though.

I am a big fan of the behind the scene for this film and this also has a pretty awesome packaging that stands out from the others.

A nice introduction to the midearth realm. Has some story lines from the Fellowship of the Ring that was left out of that movie. It's not the same animal as the LotR. But it's got charm and fun at it's heart.

This prequel explains the story for The Lord of the rings movies. It gives us an understanding on how the movies evolved due to the ring.

I loved the book and the movie paid great homage to it. It was cheaper to buy the 3 separately than to buy the set.

Action packed adventure movie. Great epic story. Wonderful cinematography that will blow you away. Great movie for the entire family.
