Good, but could have been better...

Several plot elements and characters could have been handled better. The pacing was totally different than the first movies; it spent too much time on certain plot elements and too little on others. There was room/time for more character development than what this movie gives us, and it leaves something to be desired. However, it is still worth watching if you have any interest in Tolkien's works or the LOTR franchise.
