Just TERRIBLE

I mean, I guess I got what I paid for, a lousy fan for a little less than twenty bucks. The fan's easy to set up, and the faceplate comes off for easy cleaning, which is nice. The bad part is is the fact that the fan just simply isn't powerful enough to blow sufficient air. It is also loud, loud as in the blade is wobbly and hits the sides of the box creating a loud sound. It is absolutely terrible...

Worst fan I've ever purchased.

Good box fan to circulate the air
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Despite having air conditioning, the air still does not circulate well at the floor level. This box fan makes all the difference in having a comfortable living environment. I have both the air conditioning and fan on at the same time whenever I'm in the room. Further, the fan is obviously cheaper to operate than the air conditioning thus helping to reduce my overall energy costs.

Terrible window fan
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Holmes cheaped out on this unit, slimming down the blades (what they call efficient design) actually allows breezes from outside to pass right through the fan even when on high. an exhaust/window fan is useless if if can't offer any resistance whatsoever to a gentle breeze. I can sit next to it and my hair blows around from the 5mph wind coming in through the fan when its on high, blowing out the window, the motor doesn't even change pitch. I expected more from Holmes. Even if they don't last as long, the Lasko fans work much better in the window.

Worked 2 Years and After That its Junk

We always want this at time of summer This year the fan won't start and I tried a lot but nothing worked. I do not favor in buying this product, it's a waste of money!
