The movie was one that I had high hopes for and it didn't disappoint. Good heart touching story and awesome soundtrack. The family loves this one. I also just bought a few songs off the soundtrack.

My daughter absolutely loves the main characters! She gets excited and screams when everyone comes together at the end! We bought the movie without ever hearing about it. Great purchase!

This movie is cute and funny. I took four teens to see this when it first came out and they all loved it. It is good for all ages and has a good message. Jim Parsons voice as the alien was perfect.

I was reluctant to purchase as I didn't think the movie looked that good. I was wrong it is funny, age appropriate for younger kids and funny enough for adults to sit through. I really enjoyed it!

My 5 year year old daughter absolutely adores this movie. It has comedy, action, drama, music and love all rolled into one and includes the voice of Jim Parsons (Sheldon on Big Bang Theory). Teaches you that following the status quo is not always the best thing to do.....

I couldn't believe Rhianna did this, but there's more to her than i thought. This story is so warm and touching, even though its animated. Think kids can really relate to the messages within.

This is a great movie for the entire family, We purchased it for a Christmas gift for 1 of our Granddaughters and the whole family watched it, and young and old all enjoyed it. Great Movie!!

I saw it in the theater with my grandson. He loved it, so we bought it. I am depressed that Best Buy is carrying fewer and fewer 3D movies. We have two 3D Blu-Ray players and televisions, all of which were purchased at Best Buy, and it's getting so I have to go to Amazon to get the movies in 3D.

Both my children and myself enjoyed watching this movie on our Family Movie Night. I would recommend for families with younger children, however adults and teens would enjoy this movie as well.

This is a fun movie for the kids (under 12). The animation is excellent but the 3D is not worth the extra money. Adults who liked Jar Jar Binks will like the main character Oh, but those who disliked Jar Jar will not like this movie. The movie drags a bit in spots but overall keeps your attention.

I love Jim Parsons' (plays Sheldon Cooper in the The Big Bang Theory) voice for the main character, Oh. Cute movie that makes me laugh every time I watch it...plus, gotta love those Boov!! :)

My 2 year old daughter and I really enjoy this movie. The soundtrack is very good if you like current R&B and dance tunes. Family friendly movie that is underrated and should be seen by more.

I actually went to purchase a different movie, kids pointed Home out and they love the movie. It was all they talked about on the way home. Its a pretty good little movie, has good characters.

My kids really enjoyed this movie and have watched it multiple times. I didn't think it was terrible, but I probably wouldn't watch it more than once. Throughout the movie, the fish out of water jokes didn't make sense. For instance, at one point the alien says that he needs to use the restroom. You hear him through the walls saying that they have "these little mints." Then he screams, "Don't eat the mints!" Then he says, "Oh, they have lemonade!" Seconds later, he screams again, "Don't drink the lemonade!" So, I'm supposed to think that this alien uses the bathroom just like we do, knows what a bathroom is, knows what mints are, knows what lemonade is, but he doesn't know what urinals or toilets are, and doesn't know that lemonade and mints aren't kept in the bathroom. The movie is full of jokes like that.

My grandson age 2 years old loves this movie and I am very happy that I purchased this for him. In fact he ran with the video and would not let me leave the store without it going with him.

Really sweet and heartwarming story of a mother and daughter love in the time of alien invasion. Spoiler alert, it was an alien which makes this story sweet!

I almost always purchase my movies at Best Buy. The sales are awesome and the selection is great! This is a great edition to our DVD library and the grandchildren watch it all the time.

There were a couple scenes/topics that made our 5 year old sad,but as in most kids' movies, all mellowed back out and it is a sweet movie. Lines are being repeated in my household often!!

This is an absolute great movie. It teaches about family and never giving up. And about compassion and friendships. I recommend everyone get this movie even if you do not have any children

A very enjoyable romp as a clash of two cultures becomes one with two life forms! Jim Parsons is wondrous and his chemistry with Rhianna is magnificent. A fun film everyone can enjoy ^_^
