If you have not yet seen this movie, you really need to take a break, sit back with your kids or grandkids, and just enjoy a fun few hours laughing and singing along with Boov (Jim Parsons - too funny!), Tip (Rihanna - she's terrific!), and Mom (Jennifer Lopez - beautiful voice). Never thought it would be so much fun when we first viewed it ... we have watched it 20 times and it still makes you laugh, cry, and simply feel good. A+++++

This is a very good movie with adorable characters. It teaches mini lessons throughout such as caring about others, courage, and it is OK to make mistakes. Jim Parson does a really good job as the voice of "Oh". I compared prices with other retail stores and Best Buy has the best price.

Being an avid watcher of the big bang theory, i was motivated to see this movie with Jim parsons lending the lead voice of the Boov. He did not disappoint. He did a great job making my family laugh. Rhianna did a good job too, i wasn't fully excited with her cast after seeing her in battleship, but she did a good job and her soundtrack through the movie was decent enough. So all together it was a fun, easy going movie with some touching parts.

My 4 year old son loves this movie. He ask me can we or (I) watch HOME like almost every day. Smh. I Even like it to where we are both dancing to the movie. It has very nice songs in it. I didn't realize Rihanna plays the little girl in the movie. But in all and all it's a great family movie.

This movie was very good. It has some good themes on character traits such keeping your word, facing your fear, understanding others, and sacrifice. Of course your child will not necessarily pick up on those themes, but that is something that can be discussed and honed in for your child to grasp.

Bought this DVD Blue Ray version for my grandies. One of the very few movies they have not seen. Excellent movie for kids (and adults). The extras in this version is great! I purchased the "Party Edition" which offers the DVD (Blue Ray), extras, 3D version and digital version. Perfect for the price!

This is a wonderful movie. It has good life lessons for all ages. There is great humor for all ages too. Loved it so much more because Big Bang Theory's Jim Parson's voices the main character. A film you will watch over and over again. Also bought extra Blue Ray's for my family Holiday presents.

I am extremely satisfied with this purchase! This is an excellent children's movie! Super adorable! Bought for my niece, and every time I put it on for her to watch, I end up watching the whole thing with her every time!! I purchased the 3D version, and it is awesome!!!!! Love it!

If you are a fan of Big Bang Theorys "Sheldon Cooper" you will totally enjoy this movie. It is basically Jim Parsons BBT character with an alien spin to it. This is a cute, touching story that kids will enjoy with some jokes that adults will get and like too. Colorful and well drawn this is one of those animation movies that feel real. The voice actors do a good job and the story is well paced. The whole family should like this one.

"Home" is a great movie for families. It was cute, funny, and has a good message for young minds. The animation & voices are so wonderfully human & cute. My grand children loved the movie. Yes, I would recommend this movie to young audiences. It's down to earth and has great imagination.

I was on my way out of town with my wife and 5 kids for a book signing of my Award Winning Best Selling Book "Madness Miracles Millions" and I needed to keep the little ones occupied in the car while we were driving. They loved the movie so much they watched it 6 times. Great Movie!!!!

Of course parts of the movie are predictable but what animated family movie isn't? This one is very fun and can be enjoyed but young kids, teenagers and adults. Jim Parsons person to voice an alien. Rihanna was good as the little girl also and their characters' interactions were great!

If you like to have some fun with your kids, or just enjoy a moment to relax and watch a nice story, this movie is a good option. It's quite interesting how they bring the matter of try and failure as well to be connected to others, not only to your family.

I purchased this for my daughter when Best Buy had their wonderful one day deal. This movie was my 2 year old daughter's first movie in theaters so I had to purchase the hard copy. She loves the movie - especially the music and always tries to sing along. A great buy in my eyes.

Very enjoyable kids movie. My kids are 6 years old and loved this movie. They found all the characters funny and got to watch a wide range of emotions as they watched the movie. Thoroughly enjoyable for young and old.

Mainly purchased for the 3D effect and because it was on a Nov/Dec sale (around $5). To my surprise, the 3d effects were really good as so was the movie. I looked forward to it when the kids want to watch it again.

Decent movie with decent 3D just not really in my realm of interests. Kids will enjoy it though.

This moviev is a perfect movie to watch with your family. My children had already seen it before with their cousins and I had not yet seen it. We purchased it for a family movie night and pizza and but was perfect.

Home is a fun movie about a cute awkward alien who meets a human girl when his race is taking over the planet. Their interactions range from funny to endearing. The movie leaves you with a message about the importance of family and being accepting of others. Enjoyable!

Purchased this movie for the kids and it turns out is just as good for the adults. The animation, while nothing cutting edge, is good with a quick pace and abundance of color. Musically the movie is fun and active. The story is well done and the interplay of an alien being that "knows humanity" and the girl that "knows the alien" is well done. Word play is also a delight. Overall a wonderful family movie.
