Lord help me... because GS didn't!!

Had an appointment on 1/8 and 2/8, 1st appt was canceled by GS and the 2nd time no one showed up at all. I tell all my friends... if it plugs in I buy from Best Buy because of Geek Squad, can't say that anymore!

Never buy Thr Magnolia. Worst experience.
