    I can’t say enough good about James. When he first entered he had to inform us that the Google Nest system we purchased from Best Buy was not going to work with AT&T after we had just had the service put in the evening before per instructions of the salesman at time of purchase. My husband had just been released from the hospital and was looking forward to everything getting connected and was irate, frustrated, disappointed to say the least. James assured us he would take care of us and try to make it right somehow. He was HONEST with us (a rarity these days) which gained our trust after some discussion. We trusted Best Buy salesman if he had any doubts it would have been better to let us know and make sure his information was correct like also telling us the installer would connect all of our equipment, computers etc. James informed us that the paperwork didn’t reflect that as well. Maybe an honest mistake but extremely frustrating considering I changed cable companies to ensure the system and all our planning was going to pay off at salesman recommendation. James was most attentive listening to our needs both technical and emotional. He took his time and did what he could, making recommendations and offering his number in case we had any further questions that might have been missed. He is checking out our camera door bell before installing the wrong one, leading to a possible additional problem. Without him our attitude towards Best Buy would have been extremely tainted. We have dealt with Best Buy and geek squad for years. Over many years, all of our computers, printers etc have come from Best Buy. I hope it is recognized as a company to make sure to recognize valuable employees with values for both the company and the customer even if it means honesty over $. I can assure you though because of him more dollars will be spent overtime at Best Buy even Though a refund may be necessary this time. The happiness of a customer outweighs the sales goal of the month in the long run. Until next time. I appreciate your time and interest in our opinion.

    The reason I buy from Best Buy is because of the tech support from the Geek Squad. Andrew really knew his stuff. The equipment that I bought is more sophisticated than some of my devices, so you might make a list of what's connected to your Wifi before you have it set up.

    The agents who installed and setup our Netgear Orbi router were first rate. They worked with us to setup equipment in the most efficient locations. After the installation the agents made sure we understood how to operate the system and how it worked. Before they left they asked if we needed anything else and since we were moving into a new home, the services that Best Buy could provide. First class service.

    The Geek Squad team (Jeff & ?) were quick, professional and helpful in getting our new eero wifi set up AND jumped in to add support to get my dual monitors to work properly - and that came up while they were there and they were great in resolving it in just minutes! Thanks!

    This is the second time Joe and Ryan have come to my house to help me with technology. They are a great team and work so well together. They are very patient with me and never make me feel rushed. They answer all my question's and they are so knowledgeable. I feel very comfortable with them inside my home which isn’t usual for me. Two really great guys and employees!

    We recently upgraded to new wi-fi equipment and Geek Squad set it up for us. They took the time to make sure that all of our wireless devices connected to the new system. Highly recommend this service.

    Tommy was awesome! Super professional and had us up running in about an hour. Made sure we had all the information we would need if there were any issues in the future and set all of our equipment up with the same passwords and logins so we wouldnt have to re-sign it to everything with our new set up.

    The service was excellent, he was on time, the representative was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He checked to make sure everything was hooked up correctly and showed me all the in’s and out’s of the product. He was fast and very clean.

    My technician spent the time to make sure my whole home WiFi extenders worked to my satisfaction. She diagnosed a problem with my original set-up and saved me the expense of a more expensive set of extenders.

    The agent set up the wi-fi and answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and patient. There was a problem with my internet provider and the agent had to come back later to complete connecting my devices. It was well worth having his assistance.

    Geek squad came between the time window . They were great had good attitude . Helpful and informative. They figured out the problem they were able to get my Google wifi router reinstalled . I had purchase Google wifi to extend my wifi because my ring cameras had low signal and kept disconnecting. So frustrating. It did take them longer than anticipated. They did attempt to set up my ring cameras but couldn’t get all to connect . They had an another call to go to that’s why I gave 4 star. They said next time they would need to get into the attic , since my ring cameras are hard wired in. That was going to cost more . I ended up connecting my ring cameras after so many attempts. Not sure if it’s frontier internet ? Or my cameras. Need to call Ring.

    Brendan, the technician who came to do my service on my Internet, was knowledgeable, friendly, and explained everything he was doing very thoroughly. He did not have any problems when he left and everything since he left is working beautifully. I would recommend Geek Squad and especially Brendan for any Internet service that you need

    The agent was knowledgeable and spent extra time sorting through issues with my ISP (Comcast). He also provided followup. The initial result was great. Unfortunately, Comcast tech support did not provide appropriate diagnostic support when subsequent hard wiring local issues created further problems. They (Comcast) caused further confusion by blaming the Geeksquad modem/wifi setup, rather than their hard wiring to the house. This led to dismantling of the setup and renting of their equipment prior to addressing the real technical issue.
