Brendan, the technician who came to do my service on my Internet, was knowledgeable, friendly, and explained everything he was doing very thoroughly. I needed help installing an extender for the internet connection in our home. I also had a few other internet issues he helped me with during the one hour time period. He was very punctual, professional and kind.

The technician was very professional. He resolved the issue and indicated the underlying cause of the problem.

Geek Squad tech replaced older Eeros with the newer version I had purchased from Best Buy and set them up. Only took a few minutes and now system is working better.

The agents installed the Eero mesh network and our WiFi in the whole house has been fantastic. No more disconnects or problems. They were polite, very knowledgeable and explained everything to us.

Max installed my mesh network system with great efficiency and made sure it was booted up and running properly. He also noticed that I had my computer equipment installed on a power strip without surge protection.

Again , I know I’m receiving 25 points for this review however as in my other reviews the pints are not affecting my reviews at all. The service I received for having the Geek Squad complete this installation was one of the best decisions I’ve made. He was pleasant , explained everything and made certain everything was in working order before he left. Appreciated also he left an informational sheet with his telephone number in case anything went awry. It’s been a month since the installation and I couldn’t be more pleased. Thanks again Best Buy ! You rate a solid ten stars in my book !

We recently installed a new tv, soundbar and Roku along with cable and dvd player. The two Geeks were so professional, knowledgeable and very attentive. They took their time, had all the necessary tools, even had a spare cable that I forgot to buy, cleaned up every speck of dust and hauled my old tv out of the house. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to purchase my electronics. Hands down, best service out there!

Bryan of Geek Squad set up my new modem/router very quickly, explained everything as he worked, went above and beyond with details, made sure all wireless systems worked, and even explained how to make accessing streaming services easier to access. Definitely will be using Geek Squad in the future.

this item performs well. Solved my problem of not getting wi-Fi throughout the house.

The reason I buy from Best Buy is because of the tech support from the Geek Squad. Andrew really knew his stuff. The equipment that I bought is more sophisticated than some of my devices, so you might make a list of what's connected to your Wifi before you have it set up.

Geek squad came between the time window . They were great had good attitude . Helpful and informative. They figured out the problem they were able to get my Google wifi router reinstalled . I had purchase Google wifi to extend my wifi because my ring cameras had low signal and kept disconnecting. So frustrating. It did take them longer than anticipated. They did attempt to set up my ring cameras but couldn’t get all to connect . They had an another call to go to that’s why I gave 4 star. They said next time they would need to get into the attic , since my ring cameras are hard wired in. That was going to cost more . I ended up connecting my ring cameras after so many attempts. Not sure if it’s frontier internet ? Or my cameras. Need to call Ring.
