The agents installed my new tv mount along with my new tv. Very professional, they new exactly what to do and we’re so careful not to leave a mess. So nice to see people who take pride in their work.

They took the time to setup and teach how to use the best way

Had my new router and printer set up. Also set reset tv and computer with new router. Was glitch with set up due to a new modem that needed set up too and he was able to troubleshoot and get things working. I would not have been able to do it myself

The problem is neither my computer nor the WiFi. Apparently the problem is really Cox Services problems. The internet loses connection and has to reconnect. At the same time, on the TV there is no sound. The problem is neither the TV nor the DVR. The Tech guy was great.

Our Geek is a supper Geek. Twice he has installed for us. He set up our eero mesh system. He contacted our internet provider to network the new equipment and keep our existing system name and password so that our previous connections just got faster all over the house.

Really great job setting up my wi-fi and printer. I appreciate that they took the time to help me make sure everything was working properly. I’d still be trying to figure everything out if I had to do this myself!

Explains and recommended the Eero mesh system. I told him it was to expensive so he tried to see if there was something I could get that was less expensive. I appreciated him trying to work with me because it made me feel that he was not just trying to make a dollar off me but was fixing my issue. I purchased tie eero system and now I have no issues with my WiFi.

The in home tech was very knowledgeable and explained a few things I didn't understand. Was on time and very professional. I would welcome him back anytime. I don't like having remote session. I had a bad experience with remote session.

The two installers were very professional in getting the TV up and working. However they set up the TV (which is somewhat complicated) too quickly. After they left and a few days later I tried to change a few things and messed up the setting. The documentation is very poor so it took me the better part of a day getting it back to normal. My recommendation is to spend a little time showing how to do the various setups on these "smart" tv's since they are smarter then me.
