The 2 agents returned to my house with the professional mannerisms that they had the 1st time. They immediately covered their feet before stepping into my house. I took them to the computer and showed them the issues that I was having. James quickly got to work and solve the software issues in a very timely manner.

Geeks are great. They get it. They add value, confidence, answer dumb questions.

The agent checked out our cable modem to ensure it was working correctly and that Spectrum had had pushed the latest programming to the modem. He then helped us better position the nodes of our mesh network. Finally, he checked the connections for multiple devices attached to the network. Both helpful and informative.

The Agent connected my router and went over all the uses I would have with it; He updated all my inhouse devises so that they would work with this new product. He was Personable, Knowledgeable and would be welcome in my home at any time. He is a great reprehensive of Best Buy.

The Geek Squad is wonderful. The first time we used them was to hang a large television and connect the surround sound. This time we used them to install home secuity cameras, a new router and WIFI extender. Won't even think twice about using Geek Squad in the future.

I don't think I could have done this myself and so I trusted the Best Buy agents to do it right. The agents did have trouble connected an old printer to the network and had to schedule another agent to come out and set up the printer. The agents who came out were respectful of my property and explained everything in detail. They also provided tips on different things which was very informative.

Agent reviewed and installed a booster system for WiFi. Very through, efficient, courteous and concerned the needs were met and installation was satisfactory.

The Geek Squad guy that set up my WIFI did so quickly and explained everything he was doing along the way. I needed VPN access so he set that up as well. It was working after the set up, but was not working the next day, so he returned to my home to figure out the issue. There were two options for setting up VPN, he went with the second option, and it has been working like a charm ever since.

Tech did good job helping with internet issues. Has system working well.

Our Geek is a supper Geek. Twice he has installed for us. He set up our eero mesh system. He contacted our internet provider to network the new equipment and keep our existing system name and password so that our previous connections just got faster all over the house.
