My service installer was AWESOME! He took care of everything installing my new Wi-Fi equipment and it didn’t take a long time. Communication was great and h was actually early and called to confirm that was ok.

The consultant helped us to figure out a difficult layout of our house to get Wi-Fi.

The problem is neither my computer nor the WiFi. Apparently the problem is really Cox Services problems. The internet loses connection and has to reconnect. At the same time, on the TV there is no sound. The problem is neither the TV nor the DVR. The Tech guy was great.

If they keep taking stuff away it's going to get more terrible and more terrible with what geek squad does if you take something in you have to plead them to actually do something for you I know when I go there I don't expect to have to do it myself with them telling me what to do I could do that over the phone

Have been having problems with my WIFI dropping connection, so I decided it was high time for a new one after 8 years!! Took the advice of the Best Buy sales associate and purchased a Netgear Nighthawk....The Geek Squad guy, Grant, was awesome, he had all my devices up and running in no time....Am VERY pleased with the service...5 Stars!! Thanks!!

We installed a new "Mesh" system in our home and needed to reconnect 27+ items. The technicians knew how to install the new system so it would recognize the old connections. We only had to reformat a few of the items. He explained everything and being a Total Tech customer it only cost us $50.00 for most of the items and an additional $50.00 for the cameras.

The agent that helped install our Wi-Fi did a superb job.

Mr. Edward Vaughan, your computer tech, was so helpful and helpful. I couldn't have installed my router without his expertise. Even when I had some problems with it, his demeanor never change.

Uriah was great to work with. He was punctual and professional both times he came here. He explained each step he took and was thorough in his diagnoses and his recommended solutions to the problems i was having with my router and PC. If all Geek Squad techs are as good as he is, I highly recommend them.

Unfortunately, the home AV and WiFi setup was complicated and has, to date, required four separate Geek Squad visits. Mostly, the techs were very competent and accommodating, but from visit to visit, different techs ended up contradicting one another in terms of approach. This was partly why we ended up with multiple visits. In the end, the job was done properly, and several people were diligent about seeing the installations through professionally.

Wade came to my home to connect my Wi-Fi did an awesome job , very respectful and had patience with me to explain what he did and how it will work.I really appreciated him and is so thankful for his kindness. Thank you

Since I am a member of total tech, I had geek squad deliver and install my eero pro system. The tech installed, chose best locations for satellites and connected all of our devices. She then explained features and how to set them up. It was excellent experience.

Tech explained everything. Set up , programmed my phones , tv .. etc

Agent asked great questions to make sure we got service for all our equipment that needed to be connected to WIFI. He checked each device to ensure that it was connected to our satisfaction. He helped determine the best location for the units to ensure best reception. He was patient when the internet service was temporarily interrupted by the provider.
