Fixed my software issues about web root.

They immediately covered their feet before stepping into my house. I took them to the computer and showed them the issues that I was having. James quickly got to work and solve the software issues in a very timely manner.

We are super seniors age 84 and they were the best! Could not have done it without such a great team! Hats off to such a great service!

Professional setup and explanation of capabilities

The tech installed, chose best locations for satellites and connected all of our devices. She then explained features and how to set them up. It was excellent experience.

Help replace a Spectrum cable modem

He then helped us better position the nodes of our mesh network. Finally, he checked the connections for multiple devices attached to the network. Both helpful and informative.

Geek Quad installed my WIFI setup

Following installation of components they walked me through the setup and use of my new system. Even assisted in communicating with my ISP in activating new modem! Would highly recommend for anyone. They have the tools and knowledge to ensure your network is setup proper to maximize performance.
