Had my new router and printer set up. Also set reset tv and computer with new router. Was glitch with set up due to a new modem that needed set up too and he was able to troubleshoot and get things working. I would not have been able to do it myself

He did a wonderful job helping us install the system. I'd highly recommend them for any future work to any Best Buy member in Santa Fe.

The in home tech was very knowledgeable and explained a few things I didn't understand. Was on time and very professional. I would welcome him back anytime. I don't like having remote session. I had a bad experience with remote session.

I've utilized Geek Squad services in other instances and I did so for this new router. The gentlemen arrived right on time, did their work quickly and completely. They were polite and friendly. I felt a bit foolish using Geek Squad for a fairly easy process, but I'm always glad that they are available,

I was worried that the whole thing was going to be a waste of time, that nothing was going to get fixed, that I was going to be More frustrated... I was wrong. The Rep was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond made me feel at ease AND FIXED THE INTERNET CONNECTION! I couldn't ask for more.

The two gentlemen (one was Ben) who visited our home were professional and patient especially in dealing with issues from Hargray. They stuck with it and got us up and running. It is so great to have such courteous and business like technicians on your staff!

I was getting less than half of the internet speed I was paying for. The agent ended up doing a factory reset of my router and reconfigured it for all of my connected devices and optimized it to provide best speed to my computer. I now get nearly the full gigabit internet connection.

The agents understood my issues, and solved those that they could. Appreciate having in-home service available from the Geek Squad! When setting the appointment, made sure they knew it entailed Apple components, but agents sent out were not well versed in Apple, so had to set another appointment for an Apple-versed agent to come out...in about 2 months! Still...I'll continue to use Geek Squad as I appreciate having them available!
