Best Buy came out to do wireless study after i cut the cord and made a recommendation to purchase a mesh system which they came back and installed. so far no more lost signal and very happy home.

The two gentlemen (one was Ben) who visited our home were professional and patient especially in dealing with issues from Hargray. They stuck with it and got us up and running. It is so great to have such courteous and business like technicians on your staff!

It took three visits to state and get my needs met. I originally asked to have the smart TV and all my devices connected to the Netgear modem I bought. When the technician arrived, I specified that I wanted to be able easily to switch from TV to my DVD/VCR player. Only after the "geek" left did I realize that player wasn't connected at all. Best Buy indicated that I should have asked for a "Home Theater" tech. They sent one out. He informed me that I needed the pigtail wiring that came with the TV. Because I had moved in the last few weeks, no such pigtail was available--lost or never in the box. So I ordered the correct pigtail. I called Best Buy, and they sent out the third "geek" to correctly set up the "home theater" system. I have to give Best Buy 5 stars for servicing the setup. Now it works wonderfully well!

I don't think I could have done this myself and so I trusted the Best Buy agents to do it right. The agents did have trouble connected an old printer to the network and had to schedule another agent to come out and set up the printer. The agents who came out were respectful of my property and explained everything in detail. They also provided tips on different things which was very informative.

Uriah was great to work with. He was punctual and professional both times he came here. He explained each step he took and was thorough in his diagnoses and his recommended solutions to the problems i was having with my router and PC. If all Geek Squad techs are as good as he is, I highly recommend them.

Purchased 3 unit eero mesh wifi extender system; had Geek Squad deliver and install. Although the setup was relatively simple I did not want to bother with it. The Geek Squad technician arrived on time, downloaded the app on my tablet, set the 3 eero units up, determined optimal placement thenen checked signal strength throughout the house. The setup cost $60 and took about 75 minutes. This was money well spent.

The setup of the router seemed a little daunting, but Heather had no problems. The device is outstanding and the range is excellent. I am able to take advantage of the fiber service I'm now using.
