The guys were pronto on arriving. They set up my wireless printer and explained various features with my new computer and printer. They were very friendly and knowledgeable, explaining to us on multiple new things we knew nothing about.

The diagnosed the issues..maximized my reach and now I get consistent over 100mbs.....love it

The Geek Squad techies did an outstanding job setting up our mesh network. They explained everything to my wife and daughter (I was away) in plan, easy to understand language. Everything works great.

Unfortunately, the home AV and WiFi setup was complicated and has, to date, required four separate Geek Squad visits. Mostly, the techs were very competent and accommodating, but from visit to visit, different techs ended up contradicting one another in terms of approach. This was partly why we ended up with multiple visits. In the end, the job was done properly, and several people were diligent about seeing the installations through professionally.

Have been having problems with my WIFI dropping connection, so I decided it was high time for a new one after 8 years!! Took the advice of the Best Buy sales associate and purchased a Netgear Nighthawk....The Geek Squad guy, Grant, was awesome, he had all my devices up and running in no time....Am VERY pleased with the service...5 Stars!! I was getting less than half of the internet speed I was paying for. The agent ended up doing a factory reset of my router and reconfigured it for all of my connected devices and optimized it to provide best speed to my computer. I now get nearly the full gigabit internet connection.

We installed a new "Mesh" system in our home and needed to reconnect 27+ items. The technicians knew how to install the new system so it would recognize the old connections. We only had to reformat a few of the items. He explained everything and being a Total Tech customer it only cost us $50.00 for most of the items and an additional $50.00 for the cameras.
