Very efficient and set up the mesh system quickly . Geek member was very personable. Would use again for installations. Good value for the money.

I had ordered the wrong service but the Tech got here and was able to adapt the service so that he could get the job done. Also encouraged me to buy the Total Tech Support which not only defrayed the cost but is there when adjustments need to be done. Geek Squad Techs have always done right by me

Tony, Nathan and Justin were just wonderful. I do hope I got their names correct. We are super seniors age 84 and they were the best! Could not have done it without such a great team! Hats off to such a great service!

The agent was an example of what customer service is all about. He fixed my problems with the internet, with my Kindle and a few things on my phone. He was very thorough and let me know what he was doing at all times. You need more representatives just like him.

I liked the way Mr. Fool took the time to really explain how to use the tech.

Really great job setting up my wi-fi and printer. I appreciate that they took the time to help me make sure everything was working properly. I’d still be trying to figure everything out if I had to do this myself!

We were unable to get wi-fi prior to the Geek Squad coming. Up and running now!

Michael Plowden & the other agent ( I can't remember his name) were AWESOME! The both of them fixed all the WiFi deadspots in our house by installing an access point. They resolved an issue where the "Ring" doorbell was not compatible with a router. Lastly they connected our receiver to the router. They went above and beyond to resolve every issue.

Geek Squad came to evaluate a router, then made a recommendation for a replacement. They had one in the truck and set it up--but it wouldn't work. The went back to the store, brought a couple other models with them, and ended up recommending and installing a less expensive router than I originally planned to buy. The guys were friendly and knowledgeable. Good experience.

The agents installed my new tv mount along with my new tv. Very professional, they new exactly what to do and we’re so careful not to leave a mess. So nice to see people who take pride in their work.
