Very friendly and helpful

I needed VPN access so he set that up as well. It was working after the set up, but was not working the next day, so he returned to my home to figure out the issue. There were two options for setting up VPN, he went with the second option, and it has been working like a charm ever since.

The gentlemen arrived right on time, did their work quickly and completely. They were polite and friendly. I felt a bit foolish using Geek Squad for a fairly easy process, but I'm always glad that they are available,

Great Install

Miguel is an excellent technician and he is highly skilled in this type of work. He did a wonderful job helping us install the system. I'd highly recommend them for any future work to any Best Buy member in Santa Fe.

Comrehensive service is setting up WiFi .

He checked each device to ensure that it was connected to our satisfaction. He helped determine the best location for the units to ensure best reception. He was patient when the internet service was temporarily interrupted by the provider.

Appreciate having agents to do in-home service!

Appreciate having in-home service available from the Geek Squad! When setting the appointment, made sure they knew it entailed Apple components, but agents sent out were not well versed in Apple, so had to set another appointment for an Apple-versed agent to come out...in about 2 months! Still...I'll continue to use Geek Squad as I appreciate having them available!
