Worth it.

I was wrong. The Rep was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond made me feel at ease AND FIXED THE INTERNET CONNECTION! I couldn't ask for more.

Grossly disappointed.

Unfortunately, i specifically told the person booking the appointment that i would need coax cable or ethernet run feom the first floor to the second and the do not do that. The operator wasted both my time and the technicians time but not knowing what services geek squad provided and not passing my notes along to the tech. It would be a 1 star if not for the professionalism of the tech.

Technician Andrew did a great job!

Very professional, very friendly, called to let me know he was on his way. The eero 6+ works great. No interruption to the internet, no issues streaming. Highest recommendation for Andrew!

The WiFi we purchased didn’t work for DSL so Caleb found a system that would work for us. He returned the first system to the store and purchased the new system for us. Very pleased with the Geek Squad service!
