Caleb was very knowledgeable about setting up our WiFi. The WiFi we purchased didn’t work for DSL so Caleb found a system that would work for us. He returned the first system to the store and purchased the new system for us. Very pleased with the Geek Squad service!

I'm a girl. In an old fashioned sense of the word, and am intimidated by computer workings, and all that they imply. The Geek Squad came to my home, set up my Netgear Wifi thingy, registered it with Spectrum for me, and made sure everything worked to my liking before he left. Wow! So worth every penny of their fee. I recommend The Geek Squad highly.

My only concern is the changes being made to total tech. I know some people abuse it but for those of us who are honest it's an amazing service just as it is. Thank you

The setup of the router seemed a little daunting, but Heather had no problems. The device is outstanding and the range is excellent. I am able to take advantage of the fiber service I'm now using.

The Geek Squad techies did an outstanding job setting up our mesh network. They explained everything to my wife and daughter (I was away) in plan, easy to understand language. Everything works great.

The agent fixed our wifi settings so all nodes would work properly. Then, based on our casual conversation, he took a look at one of our laptops to make sure performance is optimal and he provided guidance on the best streaming device for our TV based on our usage. It was awesome! More service than expected!!

my vizio tv is advertised as a smart tv . I hired the geek squad to set up internet use on the vizio the tv turns out to not have the ability for that connection they tried like hell to get around it but nothing worked. the problem was the tv . I would recommend them anytime great people.

Service appointment was on time and Geek squad tech was very efficient and Safety concious. He finished install of new modem and router in short order. He then made sure Iphone, Ipad, and Tv"s all were working correctly. Would be glad to use Geek Squad again.

The agent installed the Eero web system in my house and explained how the system worked that I could around to tet better WiFi in parts of my house if needed, I now have perfect reception through out my house.

Andrew did a great job setting up my eero 6+. Very professional, very friendly, called to let me know he was on his way. The eero 6+ works great. No interruption to the internet, no issues streaming. Highest recommendation for Andrew!

In their last visit, the Geek Squad member came promptly and fixed my computer and installed my router for me. He also fixed my Kindle Fire to be connected to the router. All the employees have always been helpful and explained things and I've had a positive experience not in store but when they came to my home.

The two gentlemen did a wonderful job setting up everything. I always recommend Geek Squad to my friends and family. They are always very knowledgeable and friendly. Also, for those of us who are not "electronic geeks", they don't make me feel dumb.

For most items set up it’s $50 which I think is great value. Installing and setting up a Ring doorbell, setting up a router properly, setting up a new modem properly and not just turning it on but knowing what it does and how to use it to its fullest ability. Totally worth it!

I would have liked to know before hand that I had to call Spectrum to have them activate my service! I was NOT told that by anyone, until the Geek Squad showed up. I woudn't have had to do without my computer for a week if I was told that to begin with.

My Geek Squad Agent quickly installed my NetGear and Eero to improve my internet connections. There were no hesitations in his decisions, and I had complete confidence that he was installing these items correctly. Everything works beautifully, and I now have extended wireless connection throughout my whole house.
