Geek squad was quick and fixed the problem to my satis faction

Michael Plowden & the other agent ( I can't remember his name) were AWESOME! The both of them fixed all the WiFi deadspots in our house by installing an access point. They resolved an issue where the "Ring" doorbell was not compatible with a router. Lastly they connected our receiver to the router. They went above and beyond to resolve every issue.

I had ordered the wrong service but the Tech got here and was able to adapt the service so that he could get the job done. Also encouraged me to buy the Total Tech Support which not only defrayed the cost but is there when adjustments need to be done. Geek Squad Techs have always done right by me

Amber from the Waynesville NC store was our technician for Wi-Fi router set up. She was very knowledgeable, quickly assessed our needs and made sure everything was in perfect working order and they we understood our new equipment before leaving. We would be happy to have her come for any future needs.

Came installed it did a great job products OK not great

The two gentlemen did a wonderful job setting up everything. I always recommend Geek Squad to my friends and family. They are always very knowledgeable and friendly. Also, for those of us who are not "electronic geeks", they don't make me feel dumb.

The GEEKS came in right on time. They were very friendly and professional. They knew exactly what they were doing. In no time they had the router set up and configured to all of the 15 devices that need the router.

Can’t recommend Geek Squad enough. This service has lifted the technological inept (us) to currently having access to new advances in home entertainment. They explain the how’s and why’s. I’m impressed from the start with Thomas’s suggestions to Josh and company’s install. You can’t go wrong with this service!

I would have liked to know before hand that I had to call Spectrum to have them activate my service! I was NOT told that by anyone, until the Geek Squad showed up. I woudn't have had to do without my computer for a week if I was told that to begin with.

Service appointment was on time and Geek squad tech was very efficient and Safety concious. He finished install of new modem and router in short order. He then made sure Iphone, Ipad, and Tv"s all were working correctly. Would be glad to use Geek Squad again.

Geek Squad came to evaluate a router, then made a recommendation for a replacement. They had one in the truck and set it up--but it wouldn't work. The went back to the store, brought a couple other models with them, and ended up recommending and installing a less expensive router than I originally planned to buy. The guys were friendly and knowledgeable. Good experience.

My desk top wifi stopped working and took it to the Geek squad. They hooked up this Netgear AC1200 WIFI USB Adapter. Got it back home, turned the computer on and it worked great. Matter of fact I got a stronger signal than before.

Quick and easy. When they were finished, I knew how it worked.
