Expensive but worth every penny. Great job with no frustration!

Wanted a review of my Wi-Fi coverage throughout the house. they test the signal from various locations throughout the house and made a recommendation on how to improve coverage. Very knowledgeable and were able to help with a couple of other issues involving my printer and syncing an I-Phone with an I-Pad.

Techs arrived on time and installed my new router and also made sure all my devices were working. No issues and they were very professional.

We had four televisions mounted to the wall in different rooms. The family room included a sound bar. The technicians were good in planning the position of each set and making sure that we were pleased with the locations. Installation was very professional and accomplished in a relatively short period of time. I also was scheduled for installation of a wireless access point which was not done by these technicians. I separate technician performed this work two days later.

Javier from the Geek squad arrived for his/my appointment and went right to work setting up the modem , hooked the associated equipment, made the necessary phone calls.. He answered all my questions in good humor. Javier was a very well informed young man glad to have him do the job.

Very knowledgeable and timely service. Worth every penny spent.

Justin came out & repaired some connections & also set up a new modem for me. He's amazing & I feel he did an excellent job!

All issues solved by knowledge, not learning on the job

We moved into a house and the existing system was trash. Had Pete squad come over and within no time we’re up and running very professional I would refer them to anyone.

I had the Geek Squad do a router installation for me and everything went well and I was very well pleased with it. The person showed up on time and was very courteous and polite. He did the installation professionally and in a good time frame. I would recommend getting them to anyone who is considering an in home installation.

Best Buy provided exceptional in-home tech support. The Geek Squad technician quickly, but thoroughly, addressed and resolved all my home network issues. He was highly knowledgeable, professional and friendly. My home network has never been faster - throughout my entire house. No more ‘slow’ spots! I highly recommend their services.

Was very impressed with Mason. He did a great job of explaining of what he was doing and how to use the equipment. He went the extra mile and went back to the store and get extra equipment and came back and immediately installed it. very impressed withMason and the Geek Squad.

I had to have a TV guy and a computer guy come to the house. The TV guy taught me 2 new things about my Roku and reconfigured my TV. The computer guy tried to get my computer to run faster but I need a new processor. I was pleased with their knowledge.
