Andrew installed a new modem and router; he also set up a new Surface 9, and a monitor. He is very knowledgeable, patiently answers all our questions clearly and avoids jargon.

Bought a eero Mesh Wifi system. Agent came out and knew what he was doing. He installed new system and went through the house making sure Printers, multiple computers and other wifi stuff was working. About two hours that I didn't have to spend trying to figure everything out.

I don’t like to give mediocre reviews but this will be one. Everyone was nice but nothing was set up properly. The only devices that connected to the Wi-Fi were my iPhone and iPad. I was told the others would eventually connect. Nothing else did. So 10 devices later which I connected myself everything seemed fine. It was not. I really think I got a defective router which I returned but the slightly irritating thing was when I read the description of the service that was supposed to be provided. Not every device was tested, no speed test was conducted. Thank goodness I was able to do the rest myself. I only had the geek squad install because it comes with my total tech package. I still like Best Buy because I hope this is a one off. I have been satisfied with their other products and installations.

We used our Total Tech Geek Squad Service to have the technicians come to our house and assess what we needed to do to get better wi fi coverage all through our house. They were able to recommend the Netgear Orbi for us, and it was just what we needed. We also bought some new speakers at the same time that was recommended to us.

The agents installed my personal WIFI Box and communicated with Xfinity to clear the exchange from their box to mine. They were professional knowledgeable and efficient. Love the Geek Squad; they are total life savers!

My television was not working as it should. Your agent ran a couple of tests and told me that one of the cables was bad. He asked me if I had a replacement cable. I did. He installed it. End of problem

The 2 Geek Squad Agents setup our new modem and net router system where we were getting insufficient coverage from our outdated system. They were knowledgeable and efficient. We would highly recommend the Geek Squad!

For most items set up it’s $50 which I think is great value. Installing and setting up a Ring doorbell, setting up a router properly, setting up a new modem properly and not just turning it on but knowing what it does and how to use it to its fullest ability. Totally worth it!

my vizio tv is advertised as a smart tv . I hired the geek squad to set up internet use on the vizio the tv turns out to not have the ability for that connection they tried like hell to get around it but nothing worked. the problem was the tv . I would recommend them anytime great people.

The Geek Squad agent called ahead and was on time, and he was very friendly and efficient, with my new home mesh network set up quickly, He was also neat and did not leave any mess at all.
