The geek squad evaluated, and installed quickly with no issues.

I had to have a TV guy and a computer guy come to the house. The TV guy taught me 2 new things about my Roku and reconfigured my TV. The computer guy tried to get my computer to run faster but I need a new processor. I was pleased with their knowledge.

Awesome services, the agent mounted my printer, TV and sound bar connected it to all my devices.

The agent fixed our wifi settings so all nodes would work properly. Then, based on our casual conversation, he took a look at one of our laptops to make sure performance is optimal and he provided guidance on the best streaming device for our TV based on our usage. It was awesome! More service than expected!!

I'm a girl. In an old fashioned sense of the word, and am intimidated by computer workings, and all that they imply. The Geek Squad came to my home, set up my Netgear Wifi thingy, registered it with Spectrum for me, and made sure everything worked to my liking before he left. Wow! So worth every penny of their fee. I recommend The Geek Squad highly.

In their last visit, the Geek Squad member came promptly and fixed my computer and installed my router for me. He also fixed my Kindle Fire to be connected to the router. All the employees have always been helpful and explained things and I've had a positive experience not in store but when they came to my home.

Was very impressed with Mason. He did a great job of explaining of what he was doing and how to use the equipment. He went the extra mile and went back to the store and get extra equipment and came back and immediately installed it. very impressed withMason and the Geek Squad.

Wanted a review of my Wi-Fi coverage throughout the house. they test the signal from various locations throughout the house and made a recommendation on how to improve coverage. Very knowledgeable and were able to help with a couple of other issues involving my printer and syncing an I-Phone with an I-Pad.

My Geek Squad Agent quickly installed my NetGear and Eero to improve my internet connections. There were no hesitations in his decisions, and I had complete confidence that he was installing these items correctly. Everything works beautifully, and I now have extended wireless connection throughout my whole house.
