The agent in the store assisted me with choosing the perfect router for my home. The old router and extenders did not feed the wifi through my home. The agents set up the three-pack of Linksys routers in the appropriate area so that we have wifi working effectively throughout our home.

The TV setup was done the day it was scheduled. I then got my old router messed up somehow, & I needed to have a new router installed. After it was installed he checked the TV and made sure everything was working

We had four televisions mounted to the wall in different rooms. The family room included a sound bar. The technicians were good in planning the position of each set and making sure that we were pleased with the locations. Installation was very professional and accomplished in a relatively short period of time. I also was scheduled for installation of a wireless access point which was not done by these technicians. I separate technician performed this work two days later.

Showed up on time and did what they said. All went well.

Javier from the Geek squad arrived for his/my appointment and went right to work setting up the modem , hooked the associated equipment, made the necessary phone calls.. He answered all my questions in good humor. Javier was a very well informed young man glad to have him do the job.

I had the Geek Squad do a router installation for me and everything went well and I was very well pleased with it. The person showed up on time and was very courteous and polite. He did the installation professionally and in a good time frame. I would recommend getting them to anyone who is considering an in home installation.
