He called in advance and arrived when he thought he’d be there. He quickly installed the new router and provided instruction on it’s use and set up. He was very friendly and did an excellent job!

The Geek Squad team (Jeff & ?) were quick, professional and helpful in getting our new eero wifi set up AND jumped in to add support to get my dual monitors to work properly - and that came up while they were there and they were great in resolving it in just minutes! Thanks!

The techs successfully installed the eero system to my laptop and connected the Wi-Fi. Now I have the internet through out my house.

The service was excellent, he was on time, the representative was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He checked to make sure everything was hooked up correctly and showed me all the in’s and out’s of the product. He was fast and very clean.

After having ongoing and pervasive problems with wifi extenders in my home the Best Buy associate recommended that he have the Geek Squad come out for a free trouble shoot. They came that afternoon and after a review of my current system recommended the Linksys Velop system and even had it on sale. They had the Velop delivered that afternoon and I gladly agreed the have another Geek Squad member come a couple of days later for the install. The install went smoothly and he made sure that every device in my home (17) were up and running and locked into the Velop. I was impressed by the professionalism and patience ahown by the Geek squad and woould gladly have them back to help with any future IT issues.

The agent set up the wi-fi and answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and patient. There was a problem with my internet provider and the agent had to come back later to complete connecting my devices. It was well worth having his assistance.

The agents who installed and setup our Netgear Orbi router were first rate. They worked with us to setup equipment in the most efficient locations. After the installation the agents made sure we understood how to operate the system and how it worked. Before they left they asked if we needed anything else and since we were moving into a new home, the services that Best Buy could provide. First class service.

I can’t say enough good about James. When he first entered he had to inform us that the Google Nest system we purchased from Best Buy was not going to work with AT&T after we had just had the service put in the evening before per instructions of the salesman at time of purchase. My husband had just been released from the hospital and was looking forward to everything getting connected and was irate, frustrated, disappointed to say the least. James assured us he would take care of us and try to make it right somehow. He was HONEST with us (a rarity these days) which gained our trust after some discussion. We trusted Best Buy salesman if he had any doubts it would have been better to let us know and make sure his information was correct like also telling us the installer would connect all of our equipment, computers etc. James informed us that the paperwork didn’t reflect that as well. Maybe an honest mistake but extremely frustrating considering I changed cable companies to ensure the system and all our planning was going to pay off at salesman recommendation. James was most attentive listening to our needs both technical and emotional. He took his time and did what he could, making recommendations and offering his number in case we had any further questions that might have been missed. He is checking out our camera door bell before installing the wrong one, leading to a possible additional problem. Without him our attitude towards Best Buy would have been extremely tainted. We have dealt with Best Buy and geek squad for years. Over many years, all of our computers, printers etc have come from Best Buy. I hope it is recognized as a company to make sure to recognize valuable employees with values for both the company and the customer even if it means honesty over $. I can assure you though because of him more dollars will be spent overtime at Best Buy even Though a refund may be necessary this time. The happiness of a customer outweighs the sales goal of the month in the long run. Until next time. I appreciate your time and interest in our opinion.

I have purchased all my home theater components through Magnolia or Best Buy, I am convinced that Geek Squad is not proficient at home theater systems. I have had multiple technicians who have installed & set up my system. I ended up with almost no surround sound features after the last attempt to get my system up & running properly. I finally found an independent Home Theater & Hi-Fi store locally that came out & within 20 minutes, he had everything connected perfectly & all was tested. What a relief. So much frustration using Geek Squad. I've decided in the future I will no longer be using Geek Squad for installations or repairs. Plus, the new place charges less than Geek Squad! What I will say on a positive note, every Geek Squad tech was very nice!

The geek squad team that came to my house today was awesome. They were able to identify the problems I was having connectivity and solved them. They were very professional and I would use them again. Thank you geek squad!

Allen knew what he was doing and got our sound bar on line with ease! He also got our remotes tuned up! Good job!

We are older adults and not very tech saavy so we had the Geek Squad come to our home to set up 3 wifi boosters and a new laptop. Our tech rep was Sean and he was so knowledgeable, kind, patient and wonderful educator. He was focused and completed his work very efficiently. We are grateful.

We recently upgraded to new wi-fi equipment and Geek Squad set it up for us. They took the time to make sure that all of our wireless devices connected to the new system. Highly recommend this service.
