Cam has been to our home many times. He has installed tech for us many times and has performed tune ups on our computer. As usual he was efficient, knowledgeable and patient.

The Geek Squad is very professional and friendly. They get everything set up very efficiently and they answer all your questions about how to use the devices. They are life savers!

The techs successfully installed the eero system to my laptop and connected the Wi-Fi. Now I have the internet through out my house.

I have purchased all my home theater components through Magnolia or Best Buy, I am convinced that Geek Squad is not proficient at home theater systems. I have had multiple technicians who have installed & set up my system. I ended up with almost no surround sound features after the last attempt to get my system up & running properly. I finally found an independent Home Theater & Hi-Fi store locally that came out & within 20 minutes, he had everything connected perfectly & all was tested. What a relief. So much frustration using Geek Squad. I've decided in the future I will no longer be using Geek Squad for installations or repairs. Plus, the new place charges less than Geek Squad! What I will say on a positive note, every Geek Squad tech was very nice!

The Geek Squad technician, Justin was great! I received a call the night before and when he was on his way for my appointment. He was efficient and knowledgeable! We explored all the possible issues and deduced the issue was with AT&T. Before he left, he said if I had any issues or concerns to contact him. Nobody does that anymore! My sincere thank you to Justin!!

The agents who installed this mesh kit are the same ones that installed my TV. Guys are awesome. Every question I had was answered and then some. Very respectful, nice, and professional.

I could not have been happier with the members of the Geek Squad who came to my house! They were both professional, knowledgeable and polite. I will absolutely call them again.

First, during an initial visit, the agents recommended that the system I originally ordered was not the best solution for my condo. They recommended a different solution which I purchased from Best Buy. The same agents returned and did an excellent job setting up my Nighthawk Router and connecting three Xfinity X1 run TVs to wi-fi. They explained exactly what they were doing throughout the process and optimized the entire system across the condo.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Geek Squad home Wi-Fi setup. Jeremy showed up on time and he was very thorough and extremely attentive to accuracy. We went room to room to not miss connecting any of my devices. He also explained the basic features of my new Wi-Fi system. Best Buy services and prices are GREAT.

The technician arrived on time and had a great knowledge of the product and was able to listen to me describe the problems with my old router, and the installation and set up went smoothly.

He tried to set up my Eero system but told me it was too weak for the house. I wish the salesperson at Best Buy told me that. I did say that the house was built in the 1930s, lath and plaster with a center patio which all could block the WiFi but that what was sold to me which in the end I had to return for having a too weak signal. The Geek Squad guy did try very hard to triangulate the signal but in the end I finally had to remove the Eero system and return it.

Allen knew what he was doing and got our sound bar on line with ease! He also got our remotes tuned up! Good job!

The best thing I ever did was to have the Geek Squad recommend he Wi-Fi equipment to "fit" my home. I was sold equipment at the retail store, but when the Geek Squad came to install the purchase, I was told it was NOT the best solution. Fortunately, the tech had the proper Wi-Fi equipment in his van. He installed the new equipment and returned the original equipment back to the retail store for credit. Home WIFI works like a charm!

Hi, I purchased a WiFi repeater , wanted the geek squad install it for me, I get it free due to my Total Tech plan, Fred showed up , he told me the repeater would not work, the reason I was buying it, it because one of my outdoor cameras was getting real bad signal, he instead moved my camera and installed on my stucco wall, closer to my router, plus made some optimized adjustments to my router, working better now, definitely get the service again

The agent who came out was one of the best and most considerate people I have met when it comes to tech support! While issues arose with our Internet provider, which led to a three hour conversation and having to personally drive to their respective outlet, he came back later that day to ensure everything was finished so that we would have Wi-Fi for our devices. Amazing!

this guy from geek guy installed all my devices for my wifi with the eero device I purched from best buy. He made sure He covered all my devices and if I purchase anymore devices that they will be included in this installation. couldn't be happier, thank you Geeks

Awesome service, technician explained everything. Best decision to have BestBuy technician handle router installation and connection. The installation and attention to detail while answering my many questions was greatly appreciated. 5 stars!!!!
