Daniel had come out twice. Once to set up my Eeros Pro6 wi-GI Mesh router I purchased earlier and he recommended I get the modem from Best Buy which is better than Xfinity. Daniel is knowledgeable and kind. He really helped me with set.

The agents were able to set up my wireless router to a fiber optic modem with ease. They made sure the main things (laptops, tablets and cell phones) were able to connect. If you have a complicated system, I would highly recommend using the Geek Squad service.

Technician was on time. He explained everything he was doing and helped remove a lot of unnecessary wiring. The system would not work with my old router removed. The technician overcame this problem I made sure all of the televisions were working properly

The agent mounted our TV and connected all our devices. He returned three times to complete the job (Had to order some extra parts). We experienced some sound problems but he patiently returned until all that was corrected and gave extra lessons in using the universal remote.

The agent, James Borders, installed the router. Then he went through all the steps to set it up. I put the app on my smart phone and we continued to add other technology. Then I felt secure enough to add other items in the future. James Borders did a great job!
