Very prompt, excellent and informative setup. I was very pleased!

Great service, I am not tech wizard and setting up new routers can be a challenge for some of us. This gave me peace of mind knowing I had a trained individual to come and set up a service and knowing it would work after they set it up. Also Geek Squad is quick and friendly.

My large home has an unusual design with lots of inside stone walls WiFi has been a real problem for some time Matthew suggested installing a Linksys Velop...he repositioned our modem and first router and set up the other two nodes...got us connected to all our devices Signal is great and working very nicely as opposed to before

This is nesssary service for any body born in the 60's.

My eero mesh system completely solved any dead stops in our house. It works perfectly and is super fast. We love it. Thank you Geek Squad for the install service.

The agent from GeekSquad set up my new Wifi routers. He tested all the units and made sure that all my devices had correct password. He walked me through installing the eeros app on my phone and showed me how to "disconnect" wifi for kids when they are not behaving;) Great courteous and helpful agent!

The friendly and intelligent agent was very careful to think things through with us and work out the best and easiest solution. We were able to fit the best smart tv into our specific space and set up the set up the old tv with Roku in an office space and coordinate it all with our cable service, etc.

Daniel had come out twice. Once to set up my Eeros Pro6 wi-GI Mesh router I purchased earlier and he recommended I get the modem from Best Buy which is better than Xfinity. Daniel is knowledgeable and kind. He really helped me with set.

Geek squad came to home when scheduled. Performed work and left house in good order after comopleting job. They corrected my wireing and tested entire set up to confirm all workin. God job
