The eero - Pro Mesh WiFi System we purchased was installed well but the tech messed up our smart home system when installing

They were awesome and very pleasant to work with. They set up everything for me and made sure the connection was right and they also set up my streaming stations.

I had an annoying problem with my computer and wi-fi that I couldn't seem to solve on my own, so I called the Geek Squad who always seems to take care of all my problems. In a very short period of time, they arrived at my apartment and took care of the problem in no time at all.

Had to call geek squad for help installing Velop wireless routing system. Yes, the geek squader installed the Velop system, but also made suggestions about our wifi and computer connections that made a big difference and were things we never would have thought of. Actually, the suggestions also saved us money (and saved us from buying more equipment from Best Buy).

Jay and Dan were very thorough and helpful. They got my printer back up and working and explained that my wi fi having to go through the kitchen is just going to be a problem. We tried moving the router but after a couple of days Jay returned to put it back in its original spot.

Set up my new NETGEAR - Orbi AX6000 Tri-band Mesh network flawlessly. Very happy with how he was able to troubleshoot adding a couple of speakers that were being stubborn to the network and made sure all of my devices were added correctly. Worth the cost and saved me a time and potential headaches.

The Geek Squad Guy who came to install knew what he was doing and he did a good job of installing Google Home Wi-Fi System. Great attitude And great service. I have seen in-store also the BestBuy people are excellent at knowledge and if they are not then they do not hesitate to upon others who know the product well and can speak for that product proficiently.

I am not a handy person so using Geek Squad for my home installation is a must. They are very professional and knowledgeable. They will also make recommendations for me when they are at my house to make my home experience better. I use this service a lot and will continue to use it.

Jason did the install of our Linksys system - He was very professional and explained all the steps, made sure every device was working properly and the entire house received signal. I am super happy with the service and would definitely have him back for other installs or tech issues.
