I am fairly capable with most tech, but I ran into a few issues setting up my own mesh system. Geek squad came out and got it running in no time. No muss, no fuss!

Installer was very knowledgeable attentive and knew what he was doing.

$200 a year is worth everything you get with total tech the at home service being just one of them. Sit back and let somone else do the work of setting your stuff up!

I have 3 TVs, including the new Sony TV I just purchased at Best Buy. Jack the Geek Squad technician helped me upgrade all of the TVs and installed the LinkSys extender for my wireless internet so I have internet service in the rooms that are far from the Comcast modem and router. I am grateful for this technical help.

The agents were able to set up my wireless router to a fiber optic modem with ease. They made sure the main things (laptops, tablets and cell phones) were able to connect. If you have a complicated system, I would highly recommend using the Geek Squad service.

David and Gage were very thorough and professional as they installed a Fire Stick that required some troubleshooting with our sound system components. They both seemed really smart, worked well together and clearly communicated to me what they were doing.

My home wi-fi "mesh" setup went quickly, even with our trying several different locations until our back bedroom had good service. Installer answered all our questions and was very cooperative.
