The Geek squad member was very efficient in getting the system installed

Had Google Wifi router system. Couldn't get 2 routers to work. Spent hours on the phone with tech support. Geek Squad Tech got them working in minutes. AMAZING

He got it hook up and was working great in just minutes

The agent was very patient working with an old guy like me. He quickly got the router set up and helped me get my new smart phone connected to it which was the reason I bought the router in the first place. He was a very nice guy and very knowledgeable and professional.

The agent mounted our TV and connected all our devices. He returned three times to complete the job (Had to order some extra parts). We experienced some sound problems but he patiently returned until all that was corrected and gave extra lessons in using the universal remote.

The tech's arrived on time, installed the new router, and insured all devices connected to the old/replaced router were connected and working. They also left the work area as they found it and took my old router for disposal.

The agent Daniel was great. He helped me setup my eero WiFi mesh system and how to use the Eero app. The service from the Geek squad has been outstanding.

Let me start by saying $50 or so to have someone actually come to the home and set up your router and wireless towers and get your Internet and printer working the way you want it is an unbelievable deal. Reason my rating is not higher is we spent over $1500 on a high end HP laptop and got HP printer to go with it which was recommended by Best Buy and an HP person in the store. But the printer wreaked all kinds of havoc on our Internet system. We actually had to keep the printer offers to use our Internet. The Tech that came out initially fixed the problem and although he tried to explain it, was not in terms we could really understand why this was an issue, Or for that matter why they didn't just explain in the store what types of problems it was gonna cause and how to avert them from the beginning. But after he left we had Internet problems AGAIN and had to solve the problem through HP using a different setting on the printer/ laptop than the Best Buy Tech recommended using. So it is still totally unclear why the tech insisted on one way of doing it and HP insisted on another. For right now everything is working .

The technician was on time, got to work right away. Verified everything worked and was on his way in less than 30 minutes

The Geek Squad set up my new wifi and synced all my devices. They tested everything to be sure it was working properly. So far no problems. It has been set up for fours weeks. I am not expecting any problems.

Having Geek Squad come to set-up our wi-fi and to hang our new TV on the wall was worth every cent. Since neither my husband nor I are handy, we would have never been able to hang our TV on the wall and the TV would probably be still sitting in the box. This is one of the best resources to utilize, especially if you are not handy!

I called to have my nighthawk set up. Technician called before arriving to let me know he would be there in 15 minutes which he was. Set up nighthawk and made sure everything was working before he left.

Went over a couple of things with the agent, gave him the product & he went right to work Installing it & making sure all devices were functioning & connected. Took a lot of stress off of us. We had several issues & all were resolved. Agent had a friendly attitude & was sincere about taking care of all our tech issues. The product is just great!

After experiencing Wi-fi issues for over a month with Cox I called in the Geek Squad. We determined that it was time to replace the router. New router installed and no more issues. Thanks Geek Squad.

Agent, Nicholas, hooked up the eero devices and explained to me what he was doing. when everything was hooked up he verified that all my equipment was talking and had coverage. then he took the time to explain how the app works and what needs to be done to add or change devices.

We got a new router and the squad helped us reset all our passwords on computers, tablets, TVs, our Ring system, and our garage door opener. Would have been a nightmare for us without the help. Very grateful and love Total Tech.
