Excellent detail in installing equipment. Pleased.

The Geek Squad member showed up on time. He was able to install my NightHawk wifi router just fine. But, I could see this was something I would not be able to do myself. I think the money spent to have him come out was worth it!

Josh did a good job connecting the wifi equipment. Could have used the third connection; however, rather than just two.

We were having problems getting our Wi-Fi throughout our house and after trouble shooting the system, he was able to reset our Orbi device and he realized we had a bad cable and sold us a knew one. He also connected 2 wireless headphones to two of our TVs. He did a great job!

I wasn’t aware that Geek Squad could help with thing not purchased at Best Buy. I had a door lock that I bought elsewhere and couldn’t get it to work. When Rob came to install the Orbi system I did purchase at Best Buy he also got the door lock working which had an internet problem. Everything works fine now thanks to Rob and Joel!

Could have figured out how to connect the Wi-Fi ourselves but that’s why you hire the Geek Squad for their efficiency, experience and guarantee. So much faster than we would of done.

Wow! "My" agent, Alex, did everything I had indicated in my request for service—and much more! He helped and configured other wi-fi products (all purchased at Best Buy, of course).

The fellows installed my three wi fi units. They tested my TV sets. It has really made a huge difference in my TV watching. No more buffering every few minutes and losing programs I was watching (they would start buffering and never come back on.

I purchased the AArris modem and scheduled back on July 10 an installation. They could not do until July 29 on July 26 I got an email to do a prep which I did. Then on July 28 they sent an email that I needed to schedule my appointment which was already scheduled for the 29th. Having no luck with your stupid system I went out to the best buy store. Went to the geek squad counter and explained the problem to them. They looked it up on there computer and saw it was scheduled for the 29th but I needed to reschedule because they had NO ONE to do the service. So they scheduled for August 5. It came and a teck person came and looked at it and tried to install the WiFi and could not. He went outside called someone then came back inside and said he would be back in the afternoon or tomorrow with a laptop. Needless to say I was very angered by this. I took everything out to best buy and told the manager my problem and wanted a refund on everything which he understood and gave me my refund. If they had a quarter of a star that is what I would give!

Works great for all our devices and the set up went flawless

The gentleman setting up our WiFi was outstanding. We feel he went above and beyond on setting us up and making sure that everything was working right before he left. I believe the gentleman was Jeremy; pleasant to talk to and he took time explaining everything to us.

Geek Squad Agent Lam installed the new Router, tested it, and helped to register it with Comcast. It worked immediately, and when connectivity was lost again, it was apparent it was the problem of Comcast. The external cable connection has been replaced, and service has been excellent.

The Geek Squad in-home service was excellent. The guys showed up when they said they would, set up my entire system, speakers, tv's wall mounts, and then went over how to use each and every device along with helping me download apps for Netflix and amazon prime. The guys were great.
