Geek squad tech installed my new router/modem quickly and also linked all of my family’s devices quickly. The tech was very knowledgeable and courteous. The tech also wore a face mask during the install! The entire process took about 40 minutes. I would definitely recommend geek squad!

Great service, impressive product knowledge and punctual

I have had Geek Squad for years, and never have had a regret! The tech who set up my computer, and printer was one of the best I have ever had. He also helped immensely with the tv's. Wonderful patience, and clearly enjoys his job.

Geek Squad installed and programmed a great new Linksys - Velop Tri-Band Mesh WiFi System and also A Roku on a TV in my house. As always they were professional and made sure I was familiar with the equipment they installed. I will use them again for future installations or troubleshooting and repair.

The agents installed my printer, installed the printer app on my phone and installed on my desktop. They did an excellent job, were courteous, answered my questions and wore shoe covers so they did not track into my house.

The Geek Squad experts came to the house and hooked me up with an excellent home WiFi setup. It is far superior to the extender pods that I was using from the ISP. The guy that came was super knowledgeable and friendly. The system is working great!!!

The Geek Squad agents at the L.I. City store cleaned the virus on my laptop. I am always satisfy with their service in the store or at home. Especially, the agent Mr. Emaj, who has helped me several times with problems with the laptop, the smart phone and other questions I have regarding technology issues.
