Agent on time. Very helpful. Spoke in layman's terms to me so I understood what was needed to complete the project. Followed up with phone to check on status after job was completed. Super great service.

All my geek friends were having issues setting up my new ASUS WiFi. I called Geek Squad. The tech set up both WiFi mesh units in less than a half hour. He went through the whole house checking signals and making sure it all was top notch. Great work!

I purchased wifi mess systems and it was great having best buy come to your home to help you assist setting it up. Also knowing you set it up correctly and can ask questions on how to use product correctly as well.

The agent reviewed the needs for my Wi-Fi set up and recommended that I purchase some additional G Wi-Fi pods which was fine but after I bought them I couldn’t get them to connect to my network and I tried calling the GeekSquad several times was left on hold for more than an hour and never got callbacks as promised and so at this point I’m back to square one

I was very pleased with the service because the technician took time to figure out the best location for the eero units. If I would have done this myself, I would have put the units in the wrong place and would have been very unhappy with my purchase. The technician got it right the first time.

The Geek crew installed and programmed the new Wi-Fi router that I bought quickly. They were very knowledgeable and professional.

Mr. Barthelemy arrived when expected. He proceeded to explain clearly what he was doing as he set up the computer. He was happy to answer any questions and tried to use settings that would be most helpful to me. He was extremely professional and responsive to our concerns. In short, a job well done by a most pleasant and knowledgeable person.

WHILE IT TOOK A LONG TIME FOR THE DEVICES TO ARRIVE, TH 85" QLED WAS INSTALLED AND IS FANTASTIC. OUR HOME THEATER SYSTEM SOUNDS GREAT. SOME WI-FI AND EERO ISSUES STILL BE ING WORKED ON, AND THE RING DOORBELL WORKED WHEN INSTALLED BUT DEAD NOW. GEEK SQUAD WILL RETURN...

Geek squad Tech was able to fix my Wifi issues here at my home.

They came and completed the work and was very professional.

Did a few things that were useful. Not ideal, but good for a novice.

Kameron Gates was awesome!! Installed the new router, changed our network username, and made sure all 8 devices were configured and working properly before she left. All this in a little over an hour. Plus---she was super friendly, professional, and not at all condescending to us "oldsters" in the tech game. :)
